As one of the tallest homes on the South Side of Surf City, our rental delivers spectacular 180* Ocean Views throughout the house. You won’t be disappointed! The private beach walk over is literally right across the street. No more long walks to the beach lugging your stuff!

The 2nd floor hosts all three bedrooms and 2 baths. There are two ocean view bedrooms; a Queen and a bunk room that share a bathroom. The large Master bedroom is in the back with beautiful views of the sea oaks and garden terrace behind the house. It has a large en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with toilet paper, hand soap and moisturizing cream are supplied in each bathroom. The rental also has its own full size washer and dryer.

Each floor has it’s own ocean view front porch with large multicolored lifeguard chairs that provide excellent ocean, dolphin and boat viewing. From each porch you can see the private beach walkover right across the street.

The 3rd floor includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms along with a half bath. The huge fully equip kitchen has everything you would hope for including; cookware, dishes and utensils along with dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and huge two door refrigerator. We offer most everything you will need to cook and clean up every meal. Paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and cleaning supplies are provided as well.

The great room’s dining area has a farm style table that seats up to 7. There is also an ocean view, butcher block counter top coffee bar. The great room also has a convenient half bath. The living room area hosts 2 comfortable reading chairs & a leather sofa & loveseat. It has enough seating for 8 comfortably.

The great room also has a bookcase with a host of family games and books to enjoy. Along with a 54" flat screen TV with ROKU, the entire house has free 1 Gig WiFi for your total entertainment and work needs.

Our indoor Elevator is available upon request for unpacking upon arrival, after grocery shopping and loading up for departure. The outdoor walkthrough private shower is enclosed and has both hot and cold water with plenty of hooks for towels. It is perfect for showering off after a long day at the beach! There is also a Propane Grill provided. Beach chairs, Boogie boards, corn hole, beach sports equipment and beach toys are here for your use. There is enough parking for 3-4 vehicles.
