Everything was extremely easy to navigate! The hosts were extremely helpful and made our stay perfect. They were available at anytime and handled questions quickly. The home was extremely clean, the rules they have in place understandably made it that way. The location was perfect, although it’s not directly on the beach, the access to the beach was extremely quick and easy. Just a quick walk across the street and a short walkway across a dune and you are there. Views from the 3 rd floor deck of the ocean were very good and close enough to enjoy the surf and its sounds. The layout is a little unique, but all bedrooms are large and accommodating. Bathrooms were large and roomy and well stocked. Laundry was available with everything you could need. Kitchen was well equipped, again everything you possibly would need was provided. Living space had plenty of comfortable seating. Overall a very accommodating and pleasant stay.

Carolyn and Peter were amazing hosts. Their place was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The location was perfect. From the balconies we had great views of the ocean and could even hear the waves crash. The privet access to the beach was just across the street making the location even better. We have been coming to Surf City for many years and this is one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The kids even got to hang an ugly fish on the outside of the house. Memories were made.

A beautiful beach home with amazing hosts! The house is stocked with items you never know if you need to bring or not, and they will replace anything you run out of. Communication on the front end and during our stay was fantastic! The levels between living space and bedrooms is separated by a common stairwell that worked well for our family of 3 kiddos but may not for all families depending on ages. It was surprisingly easy access to the beach as well with a walk over close by!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday with several of her girlfriends! Carolyn and Peter were wonderful and their home is the perfect spot for a quick beach trip. The house was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked (more than most VRBOs), and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back to enjoy their beautiful beach home! Absolutely the best Topsail Island rental we’ve ever had (and we have had a lot). Every detail was well thought out, including night lights, sound machine, charging ports, paper products, beach towels, beach toys, etc - it’s all there! Great family trip

This is a beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked with anything you might need on the trip. The Host family is wonderful and so kind and helpful. Views are great and location is awesome to beach, shops and great food. Will definitely stay here again if we visit area again.

We loved the place! Super clean and easy beach access. Carolyn and Peter were great. Available when we needed them, otherwise you’d have no idea anyone else was there! Would stay here again on our next trip to Topsail. Will be recommending this place to friends and family also!

The place memories are made

We all loved the time together in top sail N. C. We had a week of great weather, fun times at the house and beach. There's only a short walk to a wonderful beach. The house is fully equipped, all we did was grocery shopping.
