Chandler Oase mit Tauchbecken

Hi Kellsie! Thank you for your review. We're delighted to know that you found the house clean and enjoyed your stay. Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to the possibility of hosting you again in the future. :)

Hi Michael! Thank you so much for the review! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall and found the home clean, convenient, and easy to communicate with us. I’m sorry the pool vacuum was an eyesore during your stay, and I appreciate you mentioning it. It does need to remain in the pool as part of the regular cleaning and maintenance to help keep the pool clean between services. We really appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have you back again! :) — Lori

Hello! We’re glad you enjoyed our home! We’re sorry you felt that way about the fees as we have zero control over what VRBO/Home Away charges nor how/when they disclose those fees. Our fees are always disclosed up front prior to booking. Thanks again for staying with us!

Hello Patricia! Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re so glad that we could host you after your other place cancelled on you last minute!

Hi Charles! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the neighborhood didn't meet your expectations and that you couldn't use the garage for entry. We appreciate your input and will continue to strive for improvements. If you decide to stay with us again in the future, we hope to provide an even more enjoyable experience. :)

Hi Derek! Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We value all guest comments as they help us improve our services. However, we feel compelled to address some points you raised. Firstly, we manage several properties in Arizona, and during your stay, we had same-day turnovers for both your check-in and check-out. Please note that we rely mostly on our cleaning team to thoroughly inspect and prepare each property before and after guest stays. While we strive for excellence, we can't personally inspect every detail of every property between turnovers. Regarding the missing items, our cleaners did locate the Kindle but not the EarPods. We made every effort to find them, but unfortunately, they were not recovered. We apologize if this has inconvenienced you. However, it's important to note that guests are responsible for their belongings during their stay, and while we sympathize with any losses, we cannot be held liable for items left behind. We understand your frustration, and we regret any disappointment caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope for the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed review. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the house, the well-stocked kitchen, and the comfort of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It's great to know that the outdoor area and the convenient location added to your overall experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding the carpet in the bedrooms. While it may not match the newer tiles in the rest of the house, we’re considering updates to ensure consistency throughout the property. Your comments about the master shower are very helpful. Safety is a top priority, and we will look into adding non-slip strips or other solutions to enhance guest comfort. Regarding the pool heating, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the timing of the reminder. The advance notice is required due to the heating process, but we will review our communication process to ensure clarity and timeliness in the future. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. It helps us continue to improve and provide a wonderful experience for all our guests. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
