Your ultimate valley vacation awaits! This home is located in the center of it all. Downtown Chandler is 15 minutes away. They offer a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy dinner at Helluva Brewery, Social Tap Brewery, The Perch, Hidden House, Abuelos Mexican Food or Benihana and then slip into The Stillery for some country dancing. Upscale restaurants that you are sure to enjoy are The Keg, Flemings and Galeto Brazilian Steakhouse.

For the sports enthusiast, you are 20 minutes from ASU! Within 30 miles are Chase Field, Cardinals Stadium, Cubs, Angels, Oakland A's, Giants and Diamondbacks spring training facilities.

The West World Event Center is within 30 minutes and is home to the famous Barrett Jackson auto auction and many other events throughout the year.

The Waste Management Open is held the second weekend in February at the TPC Scottsdale Golf Course and is just a 30 minute drive.

Come to life in this 3 bed/2 bath home with a modern boho design. Between the house that is stocked with amenities and the large private backyard pool, you should be set for your stay. There is Fry's grocery store just a few blocks away for all your grocery needs.

Every bed has a brand new, luxurious memory foam mattress along with TV's in every room. The linens and towels are top notch. This property comfortably sleeps 8. There is a king bed in the master, a second bedroom with a queen bed and the bunk room provides a twin over full bunk with a twin pull out trundle bed.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, dinnerware, utensils...anything that you may need. The oven has an air fry feature and the freezer has an automatic ice maker. Both a coffee pot and Keurig are available for your use.

Relax in the pool and spa in the private fenced in backyard. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Message me for details. Put your food on the grill and enjoy a game of cards at one of our outdoor seating areas. Throw some logs in the firepit and enjoy conversation around the fire. There's plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

Anniversary get away

Great location and wonderful house!

The house is spotless and so quiet. Great outdoor spaces with very nice and clean pool! We both had to work remotely and the way the house is laid out made that work well plus a very fast internet service. We would stay there again.

Home away from Home

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very warm and welcoming. My family and I were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed! Loved the pool, spa and especially the double headed shower in the master. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house.

Fun in the Sun

I enjoyed my stay at Jan’s wonderful pool home. Jan was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Check in was a breeze and the instructions to her home were easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this home to anyones staying in the Phoenix area. The pool and spa area is very nice and relaxing. The house was clean and had everything I needed.

Great house for the family. My boys loved the bunkbeds for sleeping. We payed to have the pool heated (our trip was in January) which the boys loved. They were out playing in it even when it was raining. My husband and I enjoyed the spa while the kids were in the pool.

All we expected and more!!

Went to Tempe to attend our son's send off as he gets ready to deploy to the middle east. We were looking for a place that we could relax and have some quality family time. This did not dissapoint!!! This had everything we needed and we enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your home. We'll make sure to book again when he comes home in a year!! We also ordered a Waymo driverless uber for dinner!!

Amazing

I can’t even begin to describe how much we enjoyed this place! All the things I brought Jan had there. Such as toiletries, coffee, laundry soap, etc. My kids (age 19-30) and 2 yr old grandson said, “Mom, you couldn’t have picked a better place” they were here 3 days, loved the pool, even had floating stuff, corn holes,. Few items lacking

Poprety was clean and in a good location. However, as a family experiance the only item that was lacking was a lack of kitchen utinsels and (and misc. kitchen items). As a familly we cook at home and away, and we found ourselves improvising to prepare meals. For instance a collander to steam vegtables (we hade to make with tin foil), boiling water in a pot to make tea (no kettle, the kurig will only heat water one cup at a time), no cutting board to food preparation (vegtables, ect.), we always bring our own knives (good thing, kives and utinsels lacking). Would nice to to have an addtional table and chairs, living room was set up only for TV (to play board games, puzzles). Over all would rent again, but would bring more items with us to facilite family experiance.

The best ever!!

This was truly our #1 pick for the best stay ever! From start to finish the accommodations were perfect in every way. Beautiful house in a neighborhood that felt very safe and what you see in the pictures is what you get, although it is even more spectacular in person. Provided were bath towels, pool towels, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies, plenty of bathroom supplies, & even some card games. The neighborhood felt very safe with any store you can think of only 5-10 minutes away. Plenty of space inside & outside so this family of 5 never felt crowded. Every detail was well thought out by the owner! The pool & spa were clean, well maintained & a huge hit, along with s’more making at the fire pit. Centrally located with many activities & fun family adventures in any direction. The welcome book with simplified expectations, rules, and suggestions for places to eat & fun places to visit was so much help. Book this house now… I promise you will not regret it!! We loved it so much that we intend on coming back year after year!! We are so very thankful to have found this place as it made a special family adventure even more memorable!! We look forward to continue making many more new memories in the future.

My daughter and I purchased this property with the sole purpose to rent it out to vacationers. We have stayed at many vacation rentals ourselves and felt that it was our calling to provide great accommodations so that travelers can enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This property jumped out at us in the beginning. With the huge corner lot and backyard, we felt it would provide ample space for everyone. The interior was well kept, which allowed us to use our time putting the extra special touches in place. We did necessary upgrades and repairs and then spent many hours picking out just the right furnishings and décor. We are pleased with how everything came together and hope that our guests love it too.

With being a new listing, you get the benefit of brand new mattresses. We have had some trial runs and everyone that stayed gave the mattresses rave reviews. The pool and spa are definitely a huge bonus at this property. The pool allows you to cool off and relax in the hotter months and the spa allows you to warm up in the cooler months. Having TV's in every room is great for anyone who wants to relax and have some alone time. Chill with netflix or take a nap in any of our comfortable bedrooms.
