Open concept living in the heart of all that Chandler and Gilbert has to offer. This newly renovated home has maximized the space for all your needs. This home can accommodate six guests comfortably. It's perfect for your family gatherings or for visiting golfers and traveling business professionals who want the comfort and space a hotel can’t provide. The large outdoor pool is great for relaxing after a long day, enjoy some outdoor dining with your very own kitchen under the cabana and you have the perfect setting to watch the famous Arizona sunsets.
Close to all major freeways. 15 minutes from Phoenix airport. 10 minutes to downtown Chandler. 15 minutes to old town/Scottsdale.
Three bedrooms - one king, one queen and one with two twins. All linens and towels provided - including pool towels. Amenities include Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet Access, TV in the living room with access to Local Stations, and Streaming Content. Prepare a delicious meal in the comfort of our well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all the necessary amenities. Check in was very easy. Lock box password was sent three days in advance and access to property was no problem. Location was perfect for golf, spring training and other areas. Easy access to major road arteries. House was spacious, clean and had many amenities for indoor or outdoor food prep and eating. Communication with host was easy and they were responsive to questions. We enjoyed our time at the rental.

What a wonderful home. Great location. Great quiet family neighborhood. We loved the pool. Yes we went swimming in Feb. No the pool is not heated we are just crazy people from MN. When we could not get the pool cleaner to work our host was right on it. Thank you for that!! We also loved the speaker and played our music where ever we were in the house. My 88 year old mother was dancing in the livingroom with her granddaughters. What a special memory for all of us. The outdoor grilling station was the highlight of many meals and wonderful conversations. The orange tree in the back yard was a wonderful surprise. There was not a single thing that we could think of that could have made our visit better. This house has everything you need make memories to last a lifetime. Don't miss out on this gem!!

Our stay in the Chandler home was excellent. The property is very nicely furnished and contains all the amenities necessary to feel at home. The hosts were always quickly responsive to questions. The neighborhood is quiet and well centered for access to all parts of Phoenix area. We highly recommend this property.

Great place

The property was great! The pool was chilli, never used it much but nice option when it’s really hot out. The golf green was fun for all of us! The house had lots of bonus things like spices and coffee etc. would definitely go back!

Great place to stay!

Our stay at this home was exceptional! Very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfy. Living area and kitchen area homey and had everything needed. Best back yard area. Pool, putting green and outdoor kitchen. Spent most of our time out there! Communication with our host was prompt, and very pleasant. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice property

Really enjoyed my stay here. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate to enjoy all the amenities. The only problem I had would be the TV. I had no way to access local stations. Not that techie I guess. My only suggestions would be to leave a small book with directions for everything available, but all in all this was a very nice place to stay.

I collected photos of the before and after with the kitchen/dining room and pool. Not good!

Spent time cleaning the track and sliding glass door … the refrigerator .. the microwave vent … etc. Wasn’t notified when the vehicle in the garage was being taken care of. Was notified of the Realtor and maintenance individuals arrival however they didn’t show up at designated date/times. The pool had to be looked at several times … unusable for two (2) weeks. The security lock situation was addressed by the property owner. Anyone enlisting their property for VRBO should have an inspection conducted and a walk through assessment. This property did not meet my previous VRBO experiences … disappointed in the value for the price.

First and foremost we gave them early check in and late check out. the house was completly clean but there was a windstorm during their stay and dust got into some of the door jams. We responded immediatly to the pool issues and told them this was our very first VRBO rental and said please call anytime for anything. Pool was totally useable except for one day. At no time was anyone in the house working on the vehicle. As for the fridge she had to climb up on a chair to look at the top of the fridge to see dust not sure what that was all about. Our very next review was five star and I only spoke to them one time not 12.
