Coco-Ari and the home designer team ensure that your stay at our property is well rewarded. The indoor and outdoor living areas are fresh, spacious and elegantly designed to showcase the local arts and a Spanish revival theme with exposed beams and natural lights. The home is 2,500 sq ft, furnished with pieces designed by the popular TV show Magnolia Home and a HEATED pool. The pool is HEATED at the guest's request for a small fee. The large living room, dining room and kitchen have high elegant ceilings and chandeliers. A separate game room is equipped with a sofa bed, game console, books, and gameboards for your enjoyment. There are seats for 8 guests in the main dining room and 8 more in the outdoor patio. The master bedroom has TV, walk-in closets, a private dual vanity master bath and an office desk overlooking the pool and garden. There are three other guest rooms with closets and windows for daylights, blackout shades and curtains and a shared bathroom with three sinks. There is also parking for an RV!

You can self-check in and check out using the digital key pad on the door. Your access code will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Uber and Lyft are easy and inexpensive to and from the airports and other main attractions.

The pool does not have a protected gate. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, regardless of swimming skills.

Guests are responsible for the safety of yourself and your children while visiting Coco-Ari.

The pool is HEATED at the guest's request in advance. (Typically between $60-$70 per night)

The indoor wood fireplace is NOT for use at any time due to fire hazard concerns for our guests and properties.

This property has video surveillance in the outdoor public spaces (front door, service gate, RV gate) to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There is NO camera inside the home.

There are healthy snacks, a water filtration system in the kitchen that is stocked with basic cooking spices, oils and a variety of Keurig single cup coffee selection.

The pantry is lightly stocked, you are welcome to use and restock as necessary.

There are two Nest thermostats. One is located behind the door in the master bedroom and the other is located in the hallway between the guest bedrooms. It has been automatically set to a comfortable range 68F–75F.

Extra pillows and towels are stored in the bedrooms and laundry’s closets.

Small kitchen appliances include air fryer/small oven combo, Keurig, toasters, blender, rice cooker.

Utensils, dinner, cups and glass wares are available in both disposable and white ceramics.

Cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet essentials are located on the shelf in the laundry room.

Small vacuum and floor mop are stored in the laundry cabinet.

Pool towels are located in the patio.
