Diese Wohnanlage befindet sich im renovierten Ocean Walk Condominium (ehemals Ocean Walk Hotel) im weltberühmten Art-Deco-Viertel von South Beach. Sie sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad von South Beach aus zu erreichen. Restaurants, Nachtclubs, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die berühmte Lincoln Road, wo Sie im Freien speisen und sich unterhalten können.
Unsere gemütliche Studio-Wohnanlage verfügt über Fliesenböden und Schränke mit Granittheke. Wir haben ein Doppelbett mit einem Ausziehbett, um zwei Einzelbetten zusammenzustellen. (bei Ikea gekauft) Sie finden unser Studio komfortabel und sehr sauber und neu gestrichen und dekoriert. Es hat einen Pool mit Zugang zum schönen Strand.
Das Anwesen liegt direkt am Strand (direkter Zugang). Die Mietzeiträume reichen von kurzfristig (mindestens zwei Tage) bis langfristig (Monate). Die Preise hängen von der Jahreszeit und der Mietdauer ab. Wir sind von der Stadt Miami Beach und dem Bundesstaat Florida lizenziert.
Die Parkinformationen werden bei Bedarf weitergegeben, da Sie sich auf der Website der Stadt Miami Beach anmelden müssen, um eine Parkgenehmigung für Zone 1 zu erhalten. (Ich werde dir dabei helfen. Die Parkgebühr für diesen Tag beträgt 3 USD. 21,

This unit is in an excellent location with access to the beach, the town and the South Beach walkway. It is minutes walk to everything, but is in a perfectly quiet location The beach chair/umbrella was a great inclusion. Will definitely stay here again!

The unit is pretty small. The bed is kind of complicated to open with the sheets that do not fit. An awesome perk is the beach chair and umbrella included; plus free washer and dryer in the hallway. Take a noise machine because the surroundings can be loud. There are no smoking pot signs but people ignored the many signs. The owners do have all you need for a comfortable stay such as pans to cook, soaps, paper towels, umbrella etc… all new. It’s right on the beach which is a beautiful area to walk. Overall it’s ok for a short stay and the owners will respond within 24 hours.

I've been to Miami quite a few times and this place was perfect for my trip. Great location...the pool and beach access is such a luxury! The place is compact...good for a solo person or a couple. Communication was great throughout my stay. I came in around 1am and had no issues with the lockbox and getting the keys to the apt.

I enjoyed staying in the condo. It was very clean, decorated well & had the best location! The reason for the poor communication rating involved the street parking. I had reached out to the host multiple times as the directions said to do regarding the on-street parking permit. I never received a response. The morning of my stay I spent 45 minutes on the phone with VRBO to get the needed link. Gary did call me after VRBO had called him and left a message. It definitely had me stressing because most of the nearby parking is residential. There is hourly paid parking, but it can be very difficult to find a spot of weekends. After I connected with Gary, he was very communicative & generous with the check-out time. I would definitely stay there again, I would just make sure I had the parking situated before my travel day.

Usually, I send the Parking website the Morning before check in, as you cannot use it until you park. It does help if we know the time of arrival, so we can make sure we send the parking website before. But, we are happy that you were able to park with the parking permit after talking with Gary, and all was resolved. We hope you can visit us again.

We are Gary and Maria Elena. I was born in Miami, Florida and my wife has lived here for many years. We love the beach, especially the South Beach area. We purchased the studio for a get away place and also enjoy renting it to people and sharing what So. Beach has to offer. I worked for the City of Miami as a computer programmer, and I am now retired. My wife retired from Florida Christian school where she was a teacher, then an Elementary Principal for the last 10 years. She served at the school for 36 years. We have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. We love and enjoy our family and now our 2 cats.

South Beach has always been a favorite area of ours. We have seen it grow and be renovated the past few years. This area is historic and holds many memories of us going there to the So. Point as a teenagers. We were very happy to be able to purchase the studio in Ocean Dr. and, not only enjoy it ourselves, but also share it with people around the world.

Ocean Drive is a unique Art Deco and historic area. Ocean Drive is a world famous street with many clubs, restaurant and entertainment. Also, to the south of 5th street you can enjoy a more quiet tranquil beach atmosphere. You can go biking, rent a jet ski and other activities, go to the pier and walk down the water way to see the cruise ships coming or going out. Also, you can eat at Smith and Wollensky by the water way or walk down to Monty Trainers for a casual dinner by the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets and yachts.
