The SUNSHINE Studio is a gorgeous apartment very well decorated, bright, clean, fully furnished & all equipped with a large POOL and DECK, located in the heart of South Beach!!!

You will be able to enjoy its large POOL with deck chairs and its garden with table and chairs all around to relax and chat while taking a drink.
The building is also one of the very rare Art Deco property providing a mini-gym to its guests. You will also have access to a bike station and laundry room with many washers & dryers.
The property is also very safe thanks to its gates, security doors with digicode and its 24/7 video camera system.
Note that everything is also included during the stay: electricity, water, cable and the Internet WIFI.

PERFECT LOCATION, all the best spots in South Beach are only a few minutes away:

- 2 blocks from the BEACH and its beach walk.
- 10mn walking distance from Lincoln Road (restaurants, clubs, bars, stores and banks),
- 15mn from Ocean Drive (restaurants, clubs, stores and bars),
- 1 block from Collins Avenue with all the best hotels to enjoy their pool parties, bars and restaurants.
- 1 parking garage with hundred of spots is located at only 1 block away. Making it really easy for the guests to park if they rent a car.
- Street parking and parking with meters are also located across the street.

FULLY FURNISHED & EQUIPPED:
Really comfortable mattress for the Queen size bed, 80% of the decoration and appliances were changed less than 2 years ago.

The apartment also provides:
Microwave, stoves, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, closet, linens, towels, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing table, pans, pots, dishes etc...

BEACH EQUIPMENTS: umbrella and chairs for the beach are provided.

FAMILY KIT are available on demand (at least 48 hours before check in) for a small extra cost: 1 baby crib, 1 stroller and 1 baby bathtub.

This apartment is perfect to accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and a kid (under 10) thanks to its armchair bed.

OUTDOOR: You have a large pool with desk chairs, table, chairs, bench and tropical trees all around.

ALL INCLUDED: electricity, internet WIFI, basic cable TV, water and A/C.

The walls are very thin and the neighbors on one side were extremely noisy…loud music all day and night…yelling at each other. I could barely sleep nor relax often because of it. The location is great! The stove requires finesse as you have to turn on the pilot light yourself and the gas wouldn’t always stay on. Host helped to accommodate an early check in and late checkout which I’m very grateful for. Apartment is beautiful though a little run down in terms of the walls/paint.

Hello Alison, We are glad that you enjoyed the apartment. Actually, the whole apartment was painted back in October 2025. Except the kitchen area, the part you are mentioning in your message. Due to the fact we are always booked, we missed time to do the whole apartment in once. We wanted to be sure that the next guest would not be bother with the smell of the new paint. It is why we usually do it when we have at least 3 empty days...and that does not happen very often lol. The kitchen will be actually fully painted in a few weeks when the low season started. Regarding the neighbor, you should have let us know about the music issue. We would have contact the Association about it. The new Management is actually really careful about this kind of issue. Regarding the stove, the lighter is provided in order to turn it on. Really easy to use. We were glad to give you early check in and later check out. We always try to facilitate the arrival and departure of our guest when possible.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend. The place is small, but clean and efficient and well-suited for a couple or family of three. The check-in process and communication went smoothly, and we appreciated there being beach equipment along with additional towels and linens as needed. There's also ample and relatively inexpensive parking in a public lot about a block away (just across a foot bridge and street). Thanks - we enjoted the stay in Miami Beach

The location was great and the place was nice. It could use a fresh coat of paint though. I used the parking structure on 23rd st. The lot across the street is expensive and I almost got towed for running back in the apartment to get my phone literally was in there 10 minutes

Hello Clifford, The whole unit was painted back in October 2025 except the kitchen area you are referring to. It is planned in June after the high season. We need 3 empty days to do the job in order to be sure that the next guest will not be bothered with the smell. However, we are rarely empty 3 consecutive days in high season...;-) Regarding the communication. We replied to all your messages. You are actually the one that did not answer our first message to welcome you and the last one after we sent you the check out instructions...;-) But it is fine, no worry. You were a good guest and your great rate of 8 out of 10 shows us that you enjoyed your stay in our place. We are glad that you had a great time in Miami. May be see you next time!

Wonderful beach stay

I loved my stay at Bryans place. I love the art deco bluiding and the secluded pool and garden in back, yet just 2 blocks to the beach and less than 1 mile to the famous South Beach area. So many awesome experiences so close by, like the Botanical Gardens, the Bass Museum and the ballet. Also the awesome walking/running/ biking path along the beach

Definitely staying here on next trip to South Beach

This apt is all you need for a perfect time in South Beach. Location is ideal to walk to the beach, Lincoln Road for shopping and restaurants, all in a quiet neighborhood. We took advantage of the pool and fitness room, and the local charm. The apt was super clean, equipped kitchen, and comfortable. We hope to stay here again on our yearly trip to Miami

Great place!

Location is just what we wanted, pool and gym are a great perk as well. Very communicative property manager and made sure to give detailed instruction on our check in with the key pad not working, went smoothly regardless. Would come back!We did see a few small bugs but likely just the fact that we were Florida, somewhat unavoidable.

Hi Taylor, A great place for a great guest!...;-) We will love to accommodate you again when you come back to Miami. We confirm to you that we have Orkin pest control company coming every month to check the unit and make a service. But as you said, it is Florida and sometimes you can see one there...It happens. But thanks for understanding the reality of Florida...lol. Some people do not understand that small bugs are common in Florida, like mosquitoes in Brazil, ants in Costa Rica or spiders in Australia. Thanks for this great review and this new 10/10 that we love to get...;-)

Great Stay!

Great Location! Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the great pool and deck area with lots of seating options for relaxation. The building was cute and the room was great for the 2 of us. The people at the building were really friendly. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We have literally 3 pair of sheets than we change one after one after each booking. We buy new ones every 4 to 6 months if needed. We guarantee that they are perfectly clean like the rest of the apartment.

Paradise!

The condo is beautifully decorated with a modern flair. Nice view from the windows as well. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bath towels and extra blankets; and beach chairs too! There is a lovely pool and gardens and a great gym. All this and you are only 2 blocks from an outstanding beach. We will def visit again.

The location was excellent and the apartment was as pictured. However, there were significant issues that impacted our stay:The walls are paper-thin - we could hear full conversations word-for-word from the neighboring unit, along with loud music at various times throughout the day and evening. This made it difficult to use the apartment during daytime hours. The pool was also too cold to use during our February stay.When we reported the noise issue to the host within 24 hours of arrival, they were dismissive, saying they had never had complaints about this and were surprised by our concerns. They said they would contact building management about the music but refused to address the conversation noise, calling it too complicated. They repeatedly told us to confront the neighbor ourselves. When we expressed concern about the thin walls being the core issue, the host became defensive and accused us of trying to suggest they were deliberately hiding something.We were able to manage by using a common area in the building for work/reading and wearing earplugs at night. If you're a light sleeper or planning to spend significant time in the unit, be aware of potential noise issues.The property works if you're just using it as a place to sleep and plan to be out most of the day.

It is not really what happened but it is fine...lol We were not dismissive at all. We only told the guest that we were surprised about the complain for the noise because (as it is really easy to check due to the numerous reviews from others guests that rented the unit for years before him) we never had complain about that in the past. Despite of that we immediately contacted the Management Office in order for them to make the necessary to remind the rules to the neighbor. What they did. Funny that the guest is not mentioning that the loud music stopped after that by the way. Regarding the loud "talks" from the neighbors. The guest wanted us to come on a Sunday to ask to the neighbor to stop talking in their own apartment...lol. We told him that it is hard to reproach to someone to talk in their own place...lol. He kept on insisting that we should be the one to come to the building to tell the neighbor to stop talking. We told the guest that if really it was an issue, he just had to knock the neighbor door and politely ask him to be more careful when he has a conversation. But the guest refused to just do that. What do you want us to reply to that. I never heard an owner saying that his tenant called them to ask them to go tell their neighbors to stop talking...lol...Usually people are mature enough to deal with that by themselves. It is nothing complicated to go knock a door and to politely ask to someone to be more careful. Anyway, other than that, everything went pretty smooth with this guest.
