Dave our property manager was absolutely excellent to deal with. The home was magnificent and perfectly located for privacy and calm but only 2 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes to fabulous restaurants like The Cottage. I highly recommend this company and experience!

This home was so amazing! The finishes and space were just as described in the listing, and it really exceeded our expectations overall. We were a group of 13 friends and the home had plenty of space for us to both be together and to have spaces of our own or in small groups when desired. Each room was very well appointed, and we truly appreciated that almost every room had a king bed and its own bathroom as well. The balconies and roof top were perfect and well used during our stay. The outside space was the absolute best! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, and the slide was a lot of fun! We used the pool table, the putting green and every game there was to play. In addition, the number of poolside chairs and sizes of the tables and sitting areas definitely accommodated a group of our size.Perhaps our favorite element of all, though, was the location of this home. It was an extremely short walk to the most beautiful beach where we enjoyed sunny days, floating in the ocean and sunsets - and it was only a block from the main street where we could walk to get coffee, dinner and loads of entertainment. We rent a house together every year and we all agreed that this was one of our very favorite stays!

This truly made our day, thank you! Being named the best house after yearly visits to the area is a incredible compliment and we do not take that lightly. Hosting 10 adults and 6 children for a full week is no small feat and we are so glad everyone had a fantastic time from start to finish. A spotless home, a great pool, and easy access to the village and beach is exactly the combination we strive for every single stay. It sounds like the whole family made some really wonderful memories and that is what it is all about. We cannot wait to welcome your whole crew back! We hope to host you again the next time your travels bring you back to the Siesta Key, Lido Key, Anna Maria or Clearwater Beach areas. Your host, Vunique Vacations
