This duplex offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and functionality across two levels (ground floor and first floor), ideal for families or groups of friends. It features two bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to six guests.

Please note: the bedrooms have a ceiling height of 1.87m, giving them a cozy atmosphere, though they may not be suitable for very tall guests.



The living area is bright and welcoming, with refined decoration and a comfortable seating space—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Paris. It includes a coffee table, storage options, and a convertible sofa with real bedding.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking: microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, complete dishware (plates, glasses, cutlery) and cookware (pots, pans, utensils, knives).



Each en-suite bathroom features a shower, sink, towel rack, and waste bin. A hairdryer is also available. On arrival, you’ll receive a complete linen kit (sheets, towels, bath mat) for optimal comfort.

Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the ground and first floor with no elevator. Guests have full and private access to the appartement. It's designed for self-check-in, with the keys securely placed in a lockbox. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, irrespective of the hour.

• “Notre-Dame-de-Lorette” station (line 12): 4 minutes away, another convenient access to the same line.



• “Pigalle” station (lines 2 and 12): Less than 7 minutes on foot. Line 2 connects you to the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and Père Lachaise.



• “Trinité – d’Estienne d’Orves” (line 12) and Saint-Lazare station (lines 3, 12, 13, 14 + RER) are also within walking distance, offering many connections.
