ROSE Vacances offers you this charming apartment, ideally located in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Angers. Located on the 2nd floor with no lift, it offers you a calm and comfortable setting, perfect for a stay for two.

• Bright living room with dining table and its dark and warm décor, equipped with WIFI connection

• Equipped kitchen: oven, toaster and coffee machine (SENSEO).

• Master suite: large double bed, walk-in shower, modern sink and storage. Separate WC.



🚗 Paid and easy parking on the plac Imbach car park (2 mins on foot).

🚗 Free parking: Parking de la Rochefoucault (15 mins on foot)

• Empty the refrigerator

• Put the bins out at the designated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance
