A fully equipped modern kitchen, open to a living room with an invisible TV, perfect for your relaxation evenings.

A charming independent courtyard at the back, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in complete privacy.



Bedrooms

On the 1st floor: a comfortable room equipped with a double sofa bed (140x90) with a bathroom including a bathtub.

On the 2nd floor: a large bright room with a double bed and an adjoining shower room.



Location

5 minutes walk from Angers train station, for easy and quick access to transport.

Close to shops and the city centre.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
