Pool closed Nov-Dec 2023. Sunset Shores is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1165 sq ft condo located in the luxury complex of Redington Towers and Beach Club. Spend your vacation or a full season in this gated community located directly on the white sugar sand, with resort-style amenities including 24/7 gatehouse security, super-sized heated Gulf side pool that glows in the evenings and deck area with swaying palms, lounge chairs, and classic blue and white umbrellas. The clubhouse features a fitness room, billiards, ping pong, lounge, library, grills, and a ballroom/event space with catering kitchen.
Inside the condo you will be mesmerized by the stunning water views as soon as you enter; we allow 24/7 check-in/check-out using a Schlage keyless lock. The ocean beckons from the balcony, kitchen, living room and main bedroom; from the 3rd floor you can hear the waves and watch the dolphins splash. This condo is totally updated and designer furnished in beach-boho decor with a La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests. The living area and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's, cable, wifi, a bluetooth speaker and a firestick for streaming Netflix, Hulu, and all your favorite shows. In the kitchen, you'll find new stainless steel appliances (Dec 2021), pull-out pantry, dedicated desk space/coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee maker, Google nest mini to stream your Spotify playlists, and all of the starter supplies needed to dive in to beach mode. Walk-in closets with extra plush linens are found in both bedrooms, the main with ultra-comfy king bed and guest room with 2 twin beds that can be combined to make an additional King. There is a walk-in-shower in the primary bath with frameless glass door, hand-held shower and a separate linen closet. This unit has a covered parking space and separate humidity-controlled storage space stocked with all the necessities for fun-in-the-sun like a wagon, beach umbrella, waterproof bluetooth speaker, beach towels, blankets, coolers, chairs, and toys!
