Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über schöne Holzböden und ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Balkon. Sie genießen ein großes angrenzendes Badezimmer und eine Dusche und einen Fernseher. Gästezimmer auch die schönen Holzböden, Queen-Size-Bett mit einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett für einen zusätzlichen Gast und einen eigenen Fernseher.

Der Wohnbereich ist hell und geräumig und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strandpool und den Strand für fantastische Sonnenuntergänge. Die Küche verfügt über einen Barbereich mit einigen Barhockern für eine schnelle Mahlzeit oder für die Zubereitung hausgemachter Mahlzeiten mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie in der Gourmetküche erwarten.

Well appointed great view

Although the apartment was well appointed ther was limited closet space as the owner had most bedroom closets full of their stuff. Also, it was difficult to have the temperture up higher than 73 degrees as the out side temp was cold most of the time we were there.

Indian Rocks Beach

Unit was nice and clean. I thought that the tv in the living room should have been hooked up to Spectrum and not Pluto. While I knew that the elevator was not working when I booked the unit, I was disappointed that in the 8 days we were there not one person ever came to work on it!

Appliances and building elevator

The lettering on the stove was missing so you had to guess the temperature settings. Refrigerator did not keep items very cold. Sometimes the elevator would extremely long time to get to a floor. I felt like I was about to get stuck in the cab. Master bedroom was hot during the night.

Could not ask for more!! Perfect spot!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience mirrored the other reviews! Everything we needed for the beach including towels, umbrella, chairs, toys, and even a float. Only thing you might need is a tent if you have a bigger group. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook meals at home, only thing it didn't have was a blender lol but that wasn't a big deal. The small building size made it feel like we had our own pool at times. Even the beach wasn't crowded at all which was great. So easy to go to the pool or beach or back up to your room if you forgot something. We've stayed in this area for the past 10 years and this was definitely our favorite place so far. Balcony was great for eating breakfast or playing cards. We visited our favorite spots including Maggie Mae's, PJs, Beach Pizza, Smugglers Cove, Candy Kitchen, Seabreeze, and Salt Rock Grill. If you have 20 minutes to chill inside check our the Indian Rocks Beach Museum, it's a quick break if you need a break from the sun or rain and can a learn a few things ha! Also check out Sea-N-Things boat cruises, we had the best time! Definitely recommend this place! Would come again!

We would stay again!

We enjoyed this quiet, clean unit. The location was good. The sunsets were spectacular - so nice to see from the balcony! The weather was cool during our stay so we didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. Overall this was a very nice place to stay!

Anything but relaxing!!!

Structural construction work with drilling in ceiling of garage below our condo that started every day at 8:15am - 4-5pm. Noise was so loud we could not carry on a conversation or hear tv. We had to leave the condo every morning and not return until after 5pm due to the stress of the noise. Contacted the manager who responded that they had no control over that. The property should never had been rented during this time. The manager has not responded after I asked for compensation.

Great beach property

My children really enjoyed the condo on the beach! Very quiet area and small complex so we basically had the place to ourselves. Bonus heated pool was a must because we didn’t have great weather! The condo was stocked very well and we had everything we needed. They even had a game cupboard that my kids enjoyed while we had a rainy day. They also had a stocked closet full of beach toys and chairs! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and stocked :)

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful place to stay at the beach. The sunsets were spectacular. The access to the beach was easy. This time of year (September) the sunsets could be seen from the private porch as well as the beach. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable for my stay.

Great and Hidden

We really enjoyed our stay. We are used to the more busy areas of the FL panhandle and were pleasently suprised of how less crowded this area if Florida was. The pool is a bit small, but the overall building isnt large so we almost always had the pool to ourselves. the condo is large and our family of five fit well. The beach is syeps from the condo and allowed us to come and go from the beach with ease. The location is perfect to visit Clearwater, Siesta Key, and Venice Beach. We will be vsisitng again ad highly recommend this condo.

Disappointed

Outdated Elevator not working upon arrival with elderly mother and luggage, groceries, etc. Manager(Sue) made me feel like I was incompetent when notifying her. Bedrooms were extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to rest. We had to continuously empty the dehumidifier in master bedroom. Bathroom electrical outlet was unsafe, could easily be pulled out of wall by small child. The inconvenience of 4 different key code locks and a separate key to get in elevator was horrible. The description of the “sunset view” is inaccurate. You can only see beachfront straight ahead due to the way the building sits farther back from others obscuring the view. No ceiling fan on balcony, only open hole for electrical outlet. Couldn’t swim after dark. No light in pool. Algae in pool. Poor water pressure in shower/bath tubs. Do not recommend. We will not be staying with this company again. We paid a lot of money to only be disappointed.
