Summary:

Welcome to Dock Holiday! Private dock usage comes with this second floor, two bedroom, two bath coastal condo. Tie the boat up after a long day of fishing, without having to worry about pulling the boat out of the water. Teach the kiddos to fish from the dock and watch their faces light up when they reel in that first catch. You also get access to the beautiful community pool and the tennis courts.



The Space:

Located in the heart of Rockport, this lovely Bayhouse condo boasts cool coastal decor and has fantastic views of Canoe Lake from the balcony. This is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Inside you'll find an open and inviting living space filled with comfortable seating and great views. The dining table seats six and there are two barstools for extra seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. In the master bedroom is a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and wonderful views of Little Bay. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom is across the hall. One sofa doubles as a queen sleeper giving the unit a max occupancy of seven. There are tons of games and puzzles for the kiddos and the young at heart to play, three televisions, and three DVD players. There is also a small, portable, propane grill for your convenience. Come enjoy a Dock Holiday and make new memories that will last a lifetime!

Guest Access:

Guests of Dock Holiday will have exclusive access to the condo, including the balcony with views of Canoe Lake, the fully equipped kitchen, the living area with comfortable seating, and both bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of the community pool, tennis courts, and the private dock for your boat. Feel free to use the provided games and puzzles, and enjoy entertainment on the three televisions and DVD players. A small, portable propane grill is also available for your use.

If you're looking for family fun, Rockport Beach is a quick trip away, offering a safe and beautiful swimming area. The neighborhood also provides easy access to fishing spots and boat ramps, making it a dream for anglers. Getting Around:

Getting around Dock Holiday is easy! While Rockport is best explored by car, we offer convenient on-site parking for your vehicle. The property is located at 2511 Bayhouse Drive, Rockport, Texas 78382. For those flying in, the closest airport is Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately a 45-minute drive away. You can easily reach us via car, taxi, or ride-sharing services. Exploring the local area, including downtown Rockport and Rockport Beach, is a breeze by car, allowing you to discover the charming shops, art galleries, and waterfront restaurants at your own pace.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow us to prepare the condo for the next guests. Dock Holiday is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Parking is available on-site. Please be aware that this property is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs.
