Wunderschöne, gepflegte Eigentumswohnung im Stadthausstil mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern am Pool im Rockport Racquet & Yacht Club. Alles ist erstklassig, sauber und arbeiten wir sind stolz auf unsere Wohnung. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Terrasse mit Grill, um Ihren frischen Fisch zu grillen, während Sie am Pool sitzen. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und zwei Etagenbetten. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein wunderschönes Kingsize-Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Vollbad.
Der 750 'Pier mit Lichtern und Reinigungsstation ist derzeit wegen des Hurrikans nicht verfügbar, aber das Wasser ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, durch die wunderschönen Eichen. Setzen Sie sich unter die Baumkronen und genießen Sie die Aussicht und die Brise der Aransas Bay. Bootsausrutscher und Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wireless Internet, Kabel und Fernseher (3) zur Verfügung gestellt, Waschmaschine und Trockner nur wenige Schritte von der Einheit.
Unser Standort ist eine 7-minütige Fahrt von Rockports historischem Kulturerbe mit Kunstgalerien, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gehobenen Restaurants entfernt. Zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen zählen das Connie Hagar Bird Sanctuary, ein 6,2 ha großes Vogelschutzgebiet, die Aransas Bay, ein perfekter Ort für einen Morgen- oder Abendspaziergang und der erste Blue Wave Beach in Texas. Perfect Stay for our little family. Fishing pier was an easy walk. Their home was very clean, and the fully stocked kitchen was great for easy breakfast and dinners.

Great experience

Very comfortable and well kept place. Great communication. Clear access to the pool and pier where my son caught his first fish. Kids loved it and definitely want to stay here again.

I love the property . I stay there very often! I enjoy the convenience of the pool the wonderful pier and the acess to Fulton Beach Road so I can go walk every morning and evening

Rockport getaway

Place was nice. Had everything we needed including coffee that I forgot to pack from home. That was the deal sealer. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the stay here. We are frequent travelers and this place had everything we needed. The pool is right outside the back door. The pier was a short walk away and we fished all day. The owner even let us stay later than checkout. She is very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back.

Awesome place to celebrate my sons 13th bday

Cozy place, back door is right at the pool area which the boys enjoyed. Neighbors and community all really friendly. Private pier which we enjoyed catching drum, trout and a whole bunch of hard-head catfish. Dog friendly, enjoyed the stay thank you! P s. There were some roaches which we figured w the beach location not a big deal but just letting you know!

Getaway

First of all the place was clean. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The laundry room is in another building and coin operated, but that's not a big deal. Good fishing on the nearby pier. Overall a very good time.

Older property just perfect for our group of six. Nothing fancy but well maintained with all the accessories (nice cooking pans, working ice maker, fishing poles). Quiet location. Neat pier - watch dolphins get breakfast- and a sparkling clean pool. Owner was very easy to contact and responded to questions within a few hours or less.

Great overall.

Great location. Quiet condo omplex during our stay. Short walk to the fishing pier and right by the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Quick communication from the host. Only thing id suggest to the property manager of the complex not the condo itself would be trash cans throughout the peir at the stopping points.

Enjoyable Retreat

Loved the location of this property! It is poolside and my husband loved the private fishing pier. The views off of that pier are spectacular. The condo itself has everything you need, no need to bring condiments of any kind or coffee. They have a lot of info on the area too, which was nice. The price was great as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to comeback. The owner is very quick to get back to you and answer any questions. Thank you again!!

Rockport Recharge

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in June of 2022. This condo has just about everything you could possibly ask for. I love to cook and tend to travel with my own knives because rental kitchens are often "abused", not true with this place. The knives are amazing. Thank you for the attention to detail to help make everything run smooth.

Fishing day trip

We wanted to stay somewhere that had pier access as we wanted to fish. We, as in my husband, adult son, teen son and myself. My sons didn't want to share a bed and they definitely didn't have to as there was a bed we didn't even use. The pier was beautiful and access was easy. My son caught a little drum and we saw others catch flounder. The condo was quiet, pool was right out the patio door and our host was polite and helpful. We had a great stay at the perfect place.

Needs some updating

There was too much "owner" stuff around including family portraits. Lighting in the living room area needs help. It was difficult to read. Kitchen had a lot of food and seasoning items in the cabinets. There was little place to put our food. It needs a good cleaning out.

Cute Condo

This condo was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had anything a chef would need to cook with including good sharp knives. Freezer had beer mugs that we used for floats. The condiments were the best I've ever seen in a rental. New catchup, mayo, mustard. Cooking oil, sugar, coffee, paper plates, napkins...even a package of spaghetti and more. Bathroom had huge containers of soap, shampoo, conditioner and the water was hot and great pressure in the shower. There were several lightbulbs out and the owner said she will have them replaced. We will be back!

Fishing Getaway

The stay was perfect for what we we’re aiming for. My spouse loves to fish and wanted to take our boys fishing before the summer was over. The city itself had a small town feel. Everything was located with 10mins from the condo we stayed at. The beach was perfect for our young children due to the water not being too deep and the waves not being overpowering. The sand was pebbly, but it was a clean beach. We went each evening to avoid the hottest part of the day and stayed until the sun went down. The fishing was pier was awesome as well. Really big and allowed ample room to fish at many points. Caught some crab & fish. The boys really enjoyed fishing from the pier. The condo was really nice. Enough space for everybody, kids loved the stairs, beds were comfortable. I liked that they had a queen size bed with the bunk beds. There is a pool right outside the back patio. Had a grill if you wanted to grill out. The host was really responsive and a great help! Don’t have any complaints, in fact, I would love to come again.
