This is a family rental only, no groups, no smoking, no parties.
The home offers a private heated pool and is only one and half block walk to the 67th Street beach, one of
the least crowded and widest beaches on island. On the first floor there is one full ensuite-bedroom with King bed and full bath, then there is also a full hall bath servicing the 2nd bedroom with twin beds.
At the back of the house on the first floor is a full family room with queen size pull out bed, and sliders leading out back to the pool. The beautiful open and spacious great room occupies the entire second floor.
The front of the second floor has a large, covered porch with outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a beautifully appointed living and dining areas, and the kitchen is well equipped. In the rear off the kitchen is another deck, overlooking the private heated pool below. There is a half bath on this second floor level. Then the third floor offers a full master bedroom suite, with large bath and outdoor deck with views to the ocean and the bay!
Then there are two more bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two twin beds and a full hall bath on the third floor. You will also conveniently find the laundry room on the third floor, opposite the bedrooms and bath. The home is meticulously maintained, baths and kitchen all finished with custom tile/granite/marble, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Your family will feel right at home in this setting and its convenience to the beach and to Jitney service on Dune and Ocean drives is another plus, no need to drive to either town with jitneys running from early morning to past midnight in-season. There is off street parking and always ample street parking as well.
