Durch den Zugang zum Aufzug in die erste Etage der Unterkunft gelangen Sie zu zwei Schlafzimmern, die mit einer Diele ausgestattet sind. Die Vorderseite des Anwesens ist ein offener Wohnbereich mit Küche, Essbereich und großem Wohnzimmer. Alle mit Zugang zu einem vorderen Deck mit Meerblick. Die zweite Etage verfügt über drei weitere Schlafzimmer und eine Höhle für einen zweiten Wohnbereich. Es gibt zwei zusätzliche Bäder. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Zugang sowohl vom Hauptschlafzimmer als auch von Den. Mit ca. 3000 qm./ ft. Wohnraum bietet Platz für die ganze Familie und mehr.

Bettaufstriche und Kissen werden mitgeliefert.

Für Ihren Komfort bringen Sie bitte Strand- / Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Waschmittel und Papierwaren mit. Bitte hinterlassen Sie das Objekt so, wie Sie es vorgefunden haben. Alle Artikel werden gereinigt und verstaut. Ein professioneller Reinigungsservice wird in Kürze zur Verfügung stehen, um das Gerät für die nächsten Mieter vorzubereiten. The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners have made some really nice improvements each year, keeping this unit updated and beautiful. It is a great location. You can walk to beach, bike rentals, walking path, playgrounds and a few small restaurants all in 5 min or less. Boardwalk is a short drive. Also a nice sized pool on the propery Great for families!! We loved it and are looking forward to returning next summer.

Needs updating and cleaning

The bathrooms were old and dirty. The bedspreads smelled, the pillows were old and lumpy. The furniture was falling apart and dirty. The carpets were in need of cleaning. The lighting was dark and some lights didnt work. We shouldve gotten money back for having to clean it ourselves. We will not be staying here again! Especially with Covid around and such a late check in you'd think it would be super clean but there were poop stains in the toilet and dust and soap scum around the sink in the master bathroom. Yuck!!!! Soooo not worth the money to stay here. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for not fixing these issues. Sinking couches, wobbly kitchen chairs, broken screen doors for the sling glass doors. Terrible!!!

The new property owner(s) are working hard to update the unit, replace bedding, and replace some furniture in preparation for Summer 2022. Very good time!!

The unit was perfect for our family members. Two floors made spreading out possible. Very clean, but needs updating. A note on the frig indicates the place will be going through a renovation. The place has the potential to be a real gem. We had an issue with the outside storage closet but management took care of it in a timely manner. Look forward to seeing the renovations.

I already mentioned that the Wifi info was incorrect. It is ID Vistamar 305, PW - wildwood 123. Also, the TV in the den had no signal. Fortunately, my son brought a Roku and Wii for my autistic grandson. Other minor issues: 1. Mr. coffee pot didn't function totally at times, and the small fridge in the den in dire need for a defrost. Also, wished that bed pillows were provided (understand the caution). Assuming that upgrades and cosmetic work will be done as per note from the owners that was posted on the fridge.

Location was great so I'd probably try a different unit next time.
