ROSE Concierge is delighted to present this two-level apartment, ideally located in a central and quiet neighbourhood of Angers.
This cosy 33 m² accommodation offers an intimate setting for a stay as a couple, with family, or among friends. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy a calm atmosphere while being close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and the city's points of interest.
A massive car park (charged during the day) is present on Imbach Square, in direct proximity.
The apartment is designed on two levels, with a living area in a mezzanine that overlooks the rest of the accommodation. This friendly room has a double bed as well as a sofa bed for optimal comfort. The careful and modern decoration creates a soothing atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The kitchen and bathroom are located on the lower level, in a duplex. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals: kettle, microwave, coffee maker and various utensils. The bathroom, for its part, is equipped with a small shower and a washbasin. The toilet is located in the shower room.
The apartment has neither television nor wifi, to allow you to fully disconnect and enjoy a restful stay. Outside, you will be able to benefit from a calm and pleasant environment to relax in complete serenity.
The neighbourhood, both quiet and central, offers immediate proximity to public transport (bus and tram) and green spaces, allowing you to move around easily and enjoy the charm of Angers.
