This warm accommodation offers three bedrooms: the first equipped with two single beds (90x190), the second with a double bed (140x190), and the last with a single bed (90x190), perfect for families or groups of friends.



The spacious living area includes a large living room with television, which opens onto a friendly dining room and a high tables and stools area located near the fully equipped kitchen. You will also have a large garage to park your vehicle safely, as well as a vast outdoor terrace with electric awning, sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a garden table with chairs for your outdoor meals.



Located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, the house benefits from a privileged location, close to beaches, bike paths, local markets and superb pine forests. Nearby, you can visit the island of Noirmoutier, discover the Atlantic Toboggan amusement park, enjoy the nautical base of Sion, stroll through the port of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or explore Dino's Park, which is very popular with children.
