Just 200 meters from the beach and shops, our 90 m² gîte can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 young children. Ideally located in the charming, typical Devallon neighborhood, close to the lively pedestrian street, you'll enjoy a convenient and friendly setting.
With its private parking, leave your car safely and discover the pleasure of doing everything on foot: walks on the beach, shopping, restaurants, and local markets.

The accommodation:
This quiet gîte offers comfort and features:
. A large master suite with a 140 cm bed and a private bathroom,
. A second, small attic bedroom (maximum height 1.60 m at its highest point) with two 90 cm beds.

A sleeping area in the large living room/dining room with a 140cm sofa bed. It can be closed with curtains for your privacy, a second sofa, coffee table, ottomans, and a television (no Wi-Fi). A fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
A veranda opening onto the terrace.
2 bathrooms.
2 toilets.
2 terraces of 20m²: barbecue, garden furniture, coffee tables, shade sail, 6 deckchairs, and 3 parasols.
Please note that sheets, towels, and cleaning are not included.

However, you can rent them with at least one week's notice.
Each bed has a mattress protector, pillows, and standard-sized duvets. - Bed linen: €12 per person (1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, and pillows)
- Bath linen: €7 per person (1 large towel, 1 small towel, and 1 washcloth)
- Cleaning deposit: €95
- Security deposit: €950
Security deposits and bed linen are payable upon arrival by check only.
Holiday insurance is required upon arrival, along with proof of identity.
