The property recently renovated and furnished with valuable elements, consists of a bright bedroom with king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a dining/living area with a comfortable sofa bed.

Located in one of the most authentic and characteristic areas of Rome, Amazing Studio Colosseo 3 enjoys a perfect strategic position to explore the Eternal City on foot. From the apartment, in fact, the main places of interest in the city are within easy reach, including Piazza Venezia, the Vittoriano, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, and of course the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums.


Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the fee is
EUR 60.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.


The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.
