The Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps Experience

They say that this is the perfect time to discover the Eternal City. We say it’s the perfect place for a staycation! The air has never been so fresh nor the streets so bare. Our fully-sanitized apartments are equipped with high speed Wi-fi so you’ll have no trouble working from home. You can even order groceries and delicious meals to your doorstep with restaurants still delivering after curfew. Come and stay with us with complete peace of mind to make Rome your magical safe haven this winter.



This lavish apartment is located barely 5 minutes from the Trevi fountain and no more than 10 from the epitome of Roman elegance, the Spanish Steps, and the elegant mix of antique and modern contrasts beautifully with the baroque opulence of the Trevi neighbourhood, right next to the area of the Spanish Steps.



The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is also a small studio with a queen size sofa bed, making the apartment ideal for families or groups of friends of up to 5 people. To enhance the comfort of everyone there are three bathrooms available, one with a shower as well as a bathtub, one with only a shower (the red one) and one with a combined bathtub and shower. This last bathroom also has a washer/dryer available for guests to use.



The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, and of course, the necessary tools for preparing lush home-cooked meals. The lively neighbourhood surrounding the Trevi Fountain is a delight to discover. The colourful streets between the fountain and the Spanish Steps offer some of Rome’s best shopping experiences and snug wine bars in the nearby area are perfect spots for a cosy aperitivo. The lively atmosphere permeates the entire area, though the apartment enjoys calm and quiet since part of it faces the inner courtyard.

Great location! wonderful stay!

we stayed for 4 nights - 2 adults + 2 children. Great location, so close to trevi fountain and walking distance to many of the sights. Very clean and spacious bedrooms. Wifi wasnt great in the bedrooms but no issues with it in the kitchen area. Overall would highly recommend it!

Excellent location

This was the perfect location for myself and my two teenagers. Walking distance to everything. Grocery store around the corner. Steps from the Trevi Fountain. Property managers made check in very easy and handled all of our transfers to and from the airport. Will stay here again!

Wonderful Location

The apartment was perfect for my stay in Rome. It was large and very clean. The host was perfect and went above and beyond to help me with a small issue. The location near the Trevi fountain was fabulous. There are two great restaurants just outside the front door. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I would happily come back.

Great location, needs a deep cleaning

Interesting and quirky spot. We did not dislike the place; however it needs a deep cleaning and some repairs. The furniture is very dirty and couch smelled of urine. Lots of clutter and random items stored in every closet hallway etc. I would love to stay here again, if the floors were repaired and it was cleaned up

Can't Beat Location

This property is in the heart of it all, and a 15 minute walk to most everything. Tons of options for dining as you're a block away from Fontana di Trevi. Quick walk to Spanish Steps and Pantheon, and about 20 min walk to Colosseum. Apartment itself was spacious for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens). Two A/C units, one in main bedroom and one in living room, both worked well though second bedroom needed the use of fans (which they provided). Property manager was helpful, met us on site and showed us around. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Apartment - Great location

What a great place to stay! The apartment was very big and spacious, and just as it looked in the pictures. There was plenty of room for our family of five with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms! Check-in was very easy we were met at the apartment and able to leave our luggage as it was being cleaned when we arrived early. The location is perfect right around the corner from the Trevi fountain. We were able to visit it daily. There are many restaurants, gelato and shopping close by right outside the door. And we were there very thankful for the air conditioning as it was a very hot time in Italy. I would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends and I would stay here again.

Rental company and location are wonderful!

I cannot say enough about the rental company, apartment and location! Everybody was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable! We were moments from so many sites, it was wonderful! We had a situation the night before we left - lost all electricity later in the evening. The emergency number was answered immediately and the gentleman told us exactly where to find the second fuse box! He talked us through it in less than two minutes! Simona at check in was amazing! She made sure all was good and we were settled in nicely. She explained everything perfectly!

Rome is hot, but this place is cool!

This property is in the ideal location. Steps from the Trevi and dining is available everywhere. First and foremost, the AC units in the sleeping areas worked great! It was very comfortable and three baths was an absolute bonus. Neighborhood felt super safe as there were people everywhere. The washer/dryer were a lifesaver. Welcome bottle of wine and treats were a nice touch too. The only feedback is the kitchen needs updating. Recycle hadn’t been emptied and some of the espresso pots needed a thorough cleaning. Freezer needed defrosting and the. Drawers were frozen shut. Otherwise, highly recommend. Getting there from the airport, is a breeze. You can arrange for private transfer for about 80 Euro, a taxi will be less or you can use the train to Termini and combination of metro and walking or taxi to get to the flat! We walked to coliseum and Spanish steps…would 100% stay here again.

Mixed feelings

We were a family of 5 staying for 9 days. Here are the pros: very centralized location, spacious, a/c worked very well, prop management was responsive to issues that arose. The negatives: there were a lot of little things that we found frustrating…. 2/5 on cleanliness and readiness upon arrival. Some of the soap dispensers were empty and no toilet paper when we arrived, but was dropped off shortly after. Kitchen was not stocked well enough for cooking (ie no dish towel, sponge, dishwasher detergent, no sharp knives, spatula, etc). Light switches are all connected in some way so accidental shutting off of washer or microwave happened frequently. Gas line to stove was off first night and it was too late in the evening to have someone come out. Dryer didn’t work the entire time we were there. This was very disappointing as it was a huge factor in our decision to stay in the flat. With all of this said, just about all of it was rectified by WWTS (prop management). I was pleased with their responsiveness in the first couple of days, and they helped us by arranging our transportation to/from airport.

Our family had a fantastic experience here. Location was unbelievable. Every morning walking past the Trevi Fountain. Highly recommend the accommodation to anyone. Remember you are on the second floor and no lift.

Spacious apartment in great location

The apartment can easily sleep five or six (although there were only three of us). It was clean and had plenty of space and high ceilings. Having three bathrooms was great. The master bedroom and bath can be closed off from the rest of the apartment, as can the room with the sleeper sofa, which has its own bathroom as well. Those in the second full bedroom do have to cross the living room to get to their bathroom, which is also the hall bathroom (but this not a big deal). Do be aware, if staying there during high summer, that the two air conditioners are in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is open enough to the living room that it does not get hot and the sleeper sofa room seems to be insulated from the high temperatures by its location in the building, but the second bedroom can be warm at night. Keeping the shutters closed during the day helps somewhat. There are three fans in the apartment, which helped, but we were lucky that one of us is more heat tolerant and was willing to sleep there. Any other time of year, this would not be an issue (we had a few 102 degrees F/39 degrees C days while we were there).

A Mixed Experience

We stayed in the property for four weeks. The location is great - very close to the Trevi Fountain, with many shops and restaurants close by. The apartment is spacious, the internet works well, the beds are comfortable, and the appliances are good. However, the description of the apartment as "lavish" is not accurate. For instance, two of the chairs in the living room are dirty, some chairs in the apartment are broken, paintwork is peeling off some of the walls. The vacuum cleaner didn't work and there was a brush but no dustpan. We were told they would try to repair the vacuum and that a dustpan would be delivered but neither happened. The hosts were helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport.
