Wonderful updated luxury 3 BR flat with easy walk out to pool. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with brand new furniture. Very near shops and restaurants in Coligny. New Town of Hilton Head Celebration Park is only a short walk. Bike paths are close. King master bedroom with en suite full bath. Master has smart flat screen. Guest room has king bed with full en suite bath too. Third guest room has two bunk beds with two double beds and two twins. Living room has fold out couch with large smart flat screen. Granite counters in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Walk out to the pool and easy access to bike paths. Close to Coligny and new Celebration Town park. Beach is about 10 minute walk or short bike ride. First floor location makes the condo very easy to get in and out. Condo sleeps eight comfortably. Clean condo with plenty of space!

Our first trip to HHI, this was a great condo for our family of 5! Spent lots of time at the pool, the kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a great vacation spot!

Good location , 5 minute walk to playground, 10-15 minute walk to beach. Beach is beautiful!!!! Close drive to everything. Many restaurants to choose from. Walmart super center for groceries 12min drive .

Perfect for a big family

Property was extremely clean and such a pleasure to enter the premises to the large rooms. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. A 10 minute or so walk to the beach for adults, the toddlers went by car or stroller. We will certainly stay here again!

Great location!

We have stayed in Springwood Villas for years in Hilton Head. Most of the unit has been updated and is very nice, a big roomy villa. The location is perfect. The bathrooms need a bit of updating and the porch needs a good cleaning but we did enjoy our stay very much. Keep in mind you need to pick up keys as there is no remote access to the unit.

I loved the first floor it was nice and spacious with all 3 bedroom having its private bathrooms. My family really enjoyed the stay. One problem I did have was the coffee maker which was dirty. I called the office to let them know about it, left a message but no one responded. It might have been because of the holiday. Other than that everything was great.

Overall the experience was great. The pool was great, the condo was great as well. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Overall the condo was clean and well maintained. The only one complaint we have were the showers. It was really hard to get the water at a good temperature, the pressure of the water was also hard to control and the tubs themselves also seemed to be kind of squishy when they shouldn’t be. But minus the showers it was great and I would stay here again!

Another great stay in Hilton Head!

Our seven night stay was very enjoyable! Check-in process was smooth and the unit was spacious with plenty of room for our party (three adults and three teens). The kitchen provided plenty of room for cooking (nice newer appliances including a fridge with ice and water…a perk that the kids appreciated as it reminded them of home). The extra towels for the beach and the boogie boards were a pleasant bonus. We were a couple of days too early to enjoy the pool (it opened a couple of days after we left). Apart from that, we had a blast! Only puzzling part of our stay was the fact that there wasn’t a ceiling light in the bunk bed room. The kids eventually discovered a lamp behind the TV that provided relief.

Great vacation

The condo was spacious and had a nice large kitchen however, it was not well equipped and the floors were sandy, the bathroom mirrors were not cleaned and you could tell the blinds had not been cleaned in a long time…extremely dusty. The other strange thing was, just outside the sliding glass door basically on your private small patio is an iron spiral staircase used by the unit upstairs. When sitting in the family room random people would come down the staircase 10 feet from where your sitting watching TV. You had no privacy and it was just strange! The pool was freezing and not heated at all. Overall we had a wonderful time and kids loved it!

3 turns from paradise! Book it!

We loved this property. It was large, clean and generously appointed (even the kitchen) for our needs. My husband and I, our adult son and tween daughter enjoyed having this as our home base while visiting HHI during the week of Easter. It is literally 3 turns (10-15 minute walk) from Coligny. I should mention that extra care had to be taken in getting in and out of the master suite beds due to their design. For several nights we could hear a little one running in the upstairs unit- to be expected. We also had issues with 2 of the remotes for the light fixtures in 2 of the bedrooms- one remote was missing and one didn’t work until our 3rd day, and the dryer left clothes rather damp despite repeated cycles. If those minor inconveniences are ALL I can come up with, you better believe this was a great place to stay! You are just a few steps away from the pool, there’s a nice patio area right outside your sliding door, and the unit has plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for everyone. Even though we arrived the day before Easter there were at least 2 texts from the management making sure that everything was alright, which I appreciated. We felt very well taken care of. The check in and out process was seamless. I highly recommend anyone visiting HHI to consider this unit for their next stay.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location and had plenty of space for our group of 8: 4 adults & 4 kids. We were visiting for a wedding that was taking place less than a mile from the condo. It is very clean and comfortable. The pool is just a minute walk out the back porch. Beach access is about a 10 minute walk. Coligny Plaza is a 15 minute walk or a short drive. This property is not a traditional “Vacation Rental By Owner.” It’s a “Vacation Rental by Rental Company.” Their communication is great but the property is missing some of the personal touches you get with traditional VRBO’s. The kitchen is pretty bare bones- you can cook a simple meal if needed. But only ONE dish cloth & dish towel for the week? We had to purchase laundry detergent, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap & sponges to clean dishes. Other than that our only other issues were that the dryer took multiple cycles to dry a regular size load of laundry and we learned quickly that we had to stagger our showers. About 4 people would get hot water before it was cold showers for the rest! This was only a problem when we were all trying to get ready for the wedding & we were running all 3 showers at once. We also blew a fuse with 2 hairdryers going. Make sure to bring all your own beach stuff- none is provided. Overall, It was a good place to stay and we had a great time in HHI.

Not A Good Start

When we got to the condo the keys we were given didn't open the unit, they were for the owner's locked closet. I called the number I was given, and they apologized and instructed me to go back to the office and they would give us the correct keys. I think they should have brought the keys to us. When we settled in and started to make dinner for 8 I realized multiple light bulbs in the kitchen were out. (ceiling lights, cooktop light, one light bulb in the refrigerator was working, the other was missing the bulb). After dinner we discovered the dishwasher would not run and it had mold all over the inside. The master bedroom spread, blanket, and pillow shams had something spilled all over it. I sent a text message to the rental office and the condo Host. The next day Sam the maintenance man came over and replaced all light blubs, checked out the dishwasher, and confirmed it was dead and needed to be replaced, he said he would report to the Host that a new dishwasher was needed. Of course, it was not taken care of while we were there. Sam did a great job handling what he could. Our bedding was picked up on Sunday but was returned on Tuesday night at around 7:00. The condo is nice and spacious, convenient to the pool, beach, shopping, dining, bike trails, and kids' park just as described in the VRBO post. We were disappointed with the lack of keeping up with the maintenance. Overall HHI is a wonderful vacation area, our favorite be, and the condo decor/space was great.

Lynn, yes it is always a bad situation when an appliance goes down. We have gotten the appliance fixed and working for the rest of the guests. We have replaced the light bulbs too. Springwood Condo

The mattress in the first bedroom at the entrance is completely SHOT! It sags so badly in the middle that only one person can sleep comfortably in that bed. NEEDS to be replaced! We had a problem with ROACHES!! Not too many but in my opinion even one (1) bug is a problem especially in the living room area is a big problem! The kitchen was not stocked very well. Just the basics - not enough food prep items. Plenty of plates, cutlery, cookware, and cooking utensils though. Another kitchen towel and dish cloth would be nice - only 1 each provided and had to wash a couple of times. Also a mop would be nice to have for spills. The sliding patio door would not lock. The repairman came and "fixed" it but it still did not lock so we kept the metal rod in it to secure.

Updated and Clean

This property is very clean and updated, perfect for a large family and kids. The area is quiet and well kept, and the pool is great and nearby. The property is inland but an easy walk, or even better, bike ride. Keep in mind you will need to provide your own beach towels and any chairs, umbrella or sand toys, but otherwise this property has everything you need.

Hilton head 1st time

Enjoyed the property, it was our first time at Hilton head. 3 minute bike to beach. Property was clean and newer kitchen, furniture and floors. Very spacious could sleep 10 easily 12 max. We had 7. 3 bed 3 bath.
