Kevin’s Heaven was excellent again

The home is always clean, well equipped, and perfectly situated. Home is perfect for a family of 6-8 or two families of 4. Would definitely stay here a 3rd time.

Perfect Stay

This was a beautiful house and perfect location. Plenty of room for several families. Kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving a breeze. Easy access to the beach. Couldn’t ask for more.

Its perfect location with amazing views of both the gulf and the Western Lake along with a great multi-family floor plan, make this the ideal family destination. Its also perfectly positioned in Grayton Beach so that you don't have to drive once you arrive - park and forget! With the countless activities from paddle boarding the coastal dune lake or gulf, biking the nature trails, bonfires and private chefs at night, to just relaxing in your seasonally included beach chairs, your sure to create lasting memories. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house location could not be better; only steps from beach and Red Bar. But, for the 2nd year in a row, the mattress in the master bedroom is worn out and should be replaced immediately. It's quite uncomfortable and makes getting a good night's sleep difficult.

Above and beyond the call of duty she went. We were so blessed to find Royal Destinations in this special time. A ton of towels which is always appreciated with littles! And a good stock of basic supplies to get our week started. Agents were kind and professional and ready to help. We will be back asap!

Hawk's Perch Grayton Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely and the elevator is definitely a huge bonus! The beds were comfy and the kitchen appliances were top notch. The only negatives were the condition of the couches (little pieces of them flecked off constantly), the vacuum cleaner (I think it spit out more dirt than it picked up) and the shower in the master bedroom (the rain shower didn't work). All in all, it's a great place to spend a beach holiday.

Adult family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrival Friday - check in was after 4:00 pm. The code to open the house was sent to up upon request. We were checking the out TV and noticed that there was no cable connection - that was fixed the next day. We also had a bug 🐜 exterminator come to take care of little ants that were all over the first floor. Gross! The house and interior were overall fine. The kitchen was well equipped with tools and appliances (two coffee machines and air frier). The frying pans should be thrown out since they are all warped and suitable to cook on. I do suggest going over the kitchen tools and get some organization to the kitchen. Things are scattered all over the drawers. Everyone, had a comfortable bed with in-suit bathroom. The first floor hairdryer is ancient- it takes forever to dry a short hair. Overall, the location is great and it is close to the beach.
