"Cabana Cove" 30A*Private Pool*Golf Cart*Blue Mountain Beach Home

This newly constructed Lakeside luxury home features a large private pool (heated upon request) with tanning ledge and enough room to host 22 guests. Cabana Cove is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Entrance to the Beach is under a 2 minute golf cart or bike ride, or 7 minute walk. We are also just a stone's throw from Red Fish Taco (Great live music venue) and Blue Mountain Creamery! Enjoy our 6-seater golf cart, a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen, and a beautifully wooded neighborhood with excellent food and drink options nearby. Not only do we have a private pool, but there is also a large community pool and a playground and park within the neighborhood less than a minute walk from the house. For the rainy days, we have a ping pong table set up in our garae. Beach is 0.4 miles from from our home.

First Floor:
- Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, 2 separate vanities, and a large Smart TV.
- Powder Bath for general use.
- Kitchen is well stocked and ready to go with all necessary dinnerware and cookware, including an under counter ice maker, oversized fridge/freezer, gourmet gas range with a griddle, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker.
- Dining area offers generous seating at the large dinner table seating 8, island seating for 4, and a large outdoor dining table seating 8 in the adjacent screened porch.
- Living area features a spacious living room set with plenty of seating for all. Gather around our large flat screen TV and spend time with friends and family.
- Large back porch overlooking pool with comfy seating. Great for gathering and enjoying fresh air without the crowds!
- Spend the afternoon in our large pool with tanning ledge with bubbler - perfect for the little ones, or relax and sunbathe on the inviting lounge chairs
- Enjoy grilling out on our gas plumbed grill and never run out of fuel.
- The 2 car garage has a tournament quality ping pong table, fun for the whole family.

Second Floor:
- 3 large bedrooms all with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and large Smart TVs.
- 2 have walk-in showers and one has a tub/shower combo.
- 2 have private screened-in porches with comfy lounge chairs

Third Floor:
- Main room is a spacious oasis of fun for the kids, sleeps 10, featuring a bunk room with two custom built-in queen over queen bunk beds, a 65” Smart TV, comfy seating & lounging area with a queen sofa sleeper, several chairs, and for those that must work, a writing desk.
- In the back of the main bunk room is a second bunk room, sleeps 6, with a privacy door, with two custom twin over full built-in bunk beds and a Smart TV.
- The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Note: $55 per day to have the pool heated.

** Our HOA neighborhood does not allow RV, U-Haul, trailer parking, or street parking ** Drive way can fit up to 4 vehicles with more parking available in the neighborhood.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
