Spread out in comfort at this four-bedroom retreat on Crystal Mountain. Chock full of in-home amenities to entertain and accommodate up to 10 guests, this rental also includes access (for a fee) to shared resort amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts. Plus, easy access to lifts makes this the perfect choice for a family ski holiday.

The spacious deck is a great place to gather and enjoy the outdoor beauty of Northwest Michigan. Fire up the provided gas grill for a family cookout beneath the trees. Go head-to-head in the game room and challenge each other to shuffleboard and foosball or just settle down with a classic board game. The galley-style kitchen makes meal times easy and everyone can eat together at the dining table for eight.

All resort amenities must be paid for separately on a pay-as-you-go basis through the resort. The price for the pool is $10 per day per person.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice for a couple days

Must change disclosure for pool/hot tub to ACTUAL way to access cost of. Awkward upstairs lay-out with bathroom.

1st Annual Davis Girls Reunion

Beautiful property and close to all Crystal Mountain activities. Very walkable. Our family had a fantastic time. The house was wonderful for our needs!! Some supplies are provided, but make sure to bring dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper toweling if you are staying longer than a day or two. The kitchen is fairly well appointed with cooking items (mixing bowls, pans, dishes, glasses and cups, cutlery and kitchen gadgets). Only hiccup was that the first floor fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. After second alarm, we were told by management company to disengage it. It was not replaced during our stay.

Family Ski Weekend

We loved the location of this home! It was a short walk to the chair lift and to various locations within the resort. The home had plenty of room for our family and the description and photos were very accurate. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great weekend with our family!

Great View of Crystal

Loved the proximity to the Buck lift at Crystal Mountain. Loved the small neighborhood feel of the surrounding area.

Location

Great location to do exploring off of the resort. On the resort, you have access to a market (a bit pricey), coffee shop and food options. The amenities listed indicate a communal pool and hot tub. I checked with one of the agents of vacasa if this was included and I was told yes. It is NOT and the cost is $22 per day per person. I showed the resort the message from the agent and they graciously allowed us in for a day. I contacted vacasa as I was told it was and the resort is not allowing our party of 9 back in without paying next time. Vacasa did nothing about it so unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the pool any other day because we weren’t paying an additional $198 for all of us the rest of our days there (try explaining that to 4 kids). My opinion, if I stay at Crystal Mountain again I will book through the resort so it’s included and it’s actually pretty comparable in price. It’s nice you are offered late checkout of 2pm, but it should be reconsidered. We were told checkin was at 4pm and arrived after to make sure we could get in. Upon our arrival, the cleaning lady was still there, dishwasher still running that I had to put away dishes of renters before us and our bathroom tubs were not cleaned out and still had clumps of hair in the drain we discovered when getting a shower. The back upstairs bedroom was tricky bc the only way in and out is through the bathroom or another bedroom. We hung out most of the time in the rec room area where it is larger and open.
