This property features a large deck that has covered seating, a gas grill (propane included) and a dining area. There is also an outdoor locked storage area for golf bags, skis and boards. Out back there is a fire pit that can be enjoyed with wood available at many places nearby.

The main floor has a bedroom (queen) and an attached shared full bathroom with tub/shower. The living area has two couches and a gas fireplace with a slider and woods view. There is also an extra lounging area in the foyer. The kitchen is all updated with hard surface countertops and well equipped with all new appliances, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, serving dishes and children’s dishes. It also features at-counter seating for 4. The dining table can fit 6 people. Stools in the foyer can be used for the extra seating at the table. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. Layout consists of 2 smaller/cozy bedrooms with queen sized beds and then a bunk room that has two sets of twin/full bunk beds and a flat screen TV.
