Unit C311 is a standard 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, partial ocean view condo (with No a/c option) 2 king size beds and one queen size bed. It is mostly tiled with textured stone but with carpet on the stairs and in the loft. Large and small scenic prints line the walls along with tribal masks and a colorful parrot sculpture. The kitchen  is updated with black granite and stainless appliances. The living room has a large l-shaped couch but no pull out sofa sleeper. The master bathroom has an updated double basin vanity.The double lanai is comfortably furnished with two table settings in wicker and plush cushions.
