Located in the heart of Kihei. Freshly remodeled. With lots of cool, fresh Maui breezes coming through this unit, you will can truly enjoy the feel of Maui. This unit has an amazing 1380 square feet, which includes a double lanai off the living room and master bedroom where you can enjoy the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. Or at the end of a busy day, you can choose to sit on the lanai or take a short stroll to sit on the beach to watch the beautiful Maui sunsets. 65" Smart TV for your night time streaming. For your cooking pleasure there is an updated kitchen with large refrigerator and a full size washer/dryer. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled/upgraded. There now is a walk- in shower in one bath, as well as a bath tub in the other With a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom your party will be well rested. November getaway

Location is good in terms of providing easy access to beaches by foot or car. We needed a place with three bedrooms to accommodation 5 people and this fit the bill. The unit was clean and we loved the roof top deck and bbq.

Great location

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful stay at this location. It was so close to the beach and we really enjoyed that we could see the ocean from our lanai. It was also very helpful that beach chairs and other beach accessories were included. Also within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Loved my stay here and the fun condo. Great location to walk to the beach. I loved waking up and walking a few minutes to a wonderful snorkel spot with lots of coral, fish, and sea turtles. I would move right in if I could!

Aloha Nancy and Mike, We have done our best to accommodate your needs. We put in 2 more tv's and replaced the living room with a 55" wall mount, new fridge and washer/dryer. This Summer the unit will be freshly painted and popcorn ceiling removed . We're glad you did enjoy your stay!

Great Location. Needs deep cleaning & better AC

The location is fantastic. Ocean view. Short walk to wonderful beach, shops, rentals and restaurants. The unit needs a serious deep cleaning and this was pointed out in a review in May and it wasn't done. Host tried to make it right by refunding half the cleaning fee, which I appreciated, but future renters should inquire about if deep cleaning was done recently. The AC works well for the living room & kitchen but the bedrooms don't have AC, which makes sleeping hot and uncomfortable. Unit listing needs to better reflect that this is a single AC window unit in living room only and that bedrooms do not have AC. Boogie boards were great. Pool is wonderful and great temperature.

NOT CLEAN

This property has poor management and is unhygienic. The day after we arrived, the Maui fires happened. This place had no central air, just one window unit in the living room. My baby was wheezing from the smoke that entered the condo through this small unit. There were ants and small roaches in both the kitchen and bathrooms, the floors had not been clean (my feet were black with dirt), the kitchen surfaces had not been properly sanitized. I wrote to the owners and property management company asking whether there would be some kind of partial compensation for the hygiene issues. Their answer was to please not review them poorly on this website, as they are a struggling small business. This small business charged me nearly 5,000USD for 8 days. I thought long and hard about writing this review and I decided that I do not want other families to go through what we went through. Furthermore, using a natural disaster (Maui fires) as an excuse to overlook the obvious hygiene issues is disgraceful.

Unbeatable location! Condo could use some attention

The location of this condo is spectacular- walkable to the best beach in Kihei, shops, restaurants, and gorgeous Maui sunsets. The rooftop BBQ is just a delight, and makes dinners really special. The pool is the perfect temperature and was never over crowded. There were a few things about the condo that could use some work however. The kitchen is not what I would consider “fully stocked”. There were incomplete sets of pots, pans ( nothing had a matching lid), no pot holders, missing measuring spoons (I was trying to bake some stuff) and nothing to store cooked food in (like Tupperware or baggies or Saran Wrap or anything like that). The snorkel gear was mostly all broken, the boogie board is about to fall apart, and the beach umbrella is busted as well. While these things didn’t ruin the trip, it was a constant frustration to find things broken or missing. The condo could also use a deep clean- fans were coated in sticky dust as well as the panels on the closet doors. After finding these things I started to feel the condo was a big over advertised and over priced for what it was. If these things were to be addressed and fixed I’d happily stay there again, but as it stands now I would not book that unit again, but rather find a different unit in the same complex.
