Enchanting 4-Season Retreat in the Woods Near Trails Lakes and Resorts

Get away to this cabin in the woods and make the most of everything Northern Michigan has to offer. Hibernation Station is the quintessential outdoor getaway backing up to thousands of acres of state land where you can hit ATV and snowmobile trails, hunt, do some mushroom picking or hike. Our cabin is just around the corner from Little and Big Bear lakes great for swimming, fishing, boating and kayaking. Perfect for family fun, couple’s retreats, or a guys’ weekend for up to 8 guests!

In summer months enjoy the large deck backing up to the woods, a fire pit, outdoor bar, kayaks for the nearby lakes, miles and miles of trails for off-roading fun, and a huge pole barn to store all of your toys. Golfers can find three golf resorts all within a 25-minute drive!

When temperatures start to fall, take advantage of the snowmobile trails just steps from the cabin, local skiing, tubing, and snowshoeing, or hide inside in the warm cabin and checkout the snow from the abundant windows looking onto the beautiful winter scenery.

The cabin has everything you could need for your escape from the bustles of everyday life! The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishware, breakfast bar, and a dishwasher. There are two living spaces with TV, internet, and games all in a cozy setting. Towels and linens, ceiling fans, washer & dryer are just a few more things to ensure a carefree stay!

A couple of things to note!
Our property is located off of a two-track road. We highly recommend a four or all-wheel drive vehicle in winter months. While we do our best to keep it plowed, it's in the woods! Things get messy.
The only internet available is through a T-Mobile hotspot we provide. You can have multiple devices connected to the network and stream, which is how we provide cable (through YouTube TV). But again, you're in the woods, so we like to caution it's not as powerful or reliable as your cable or broadband internet in the city.
