It comprises a pretty 42 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a vast 1,900 m² enclosed garden. The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with armchairs, TV and fireplace
- Open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, etc.

- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with private toilet (bidet and washbasin)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with private toilet (bidet and washbasin)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair.

Outside:
- A large, private, fully enclosed garden of 1,900 m² surrounds the house, with a 30m² south-west-facing terrace. Garden furniture available to make the most of fine weather.

The house is ideally located just above the port, less than a kilometre from the Grande Plage and close to the Mare beach.

Transport links :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the car parks alongside the house (can accommodate up to 4 vehicles). Additional free parking is available just outside the grounds.

- Discover the superb Emerald Coast: from the pink granite coast to Saint-Malo, via Paimpol, Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Binic, Saint-Brieuc, Val-André, Erquy...
- Dinan and the Château de la Hunaudaye (20-minute drive): a diversion full of character, between old stones and peaceful countryside.
- Mont-Saint-Michel (1hr drive): a timeless place set between sea and sky.
- Brocéliande forest (1hr drive): a forest full of atmosphere, with long walks and legendary tales.
- Visit to the Channel Islands and access to England via the port of Saint-Malo
