Located in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, this newly built 4-star rated house combines comfort, style, and originality, with sea views. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in four suites, each equipped with king-size beds (convertible into twin beds), private bathrooms, and toilets. The property also features a garden and several terraces.

Kitchen:
Upon entering the house, you arrive in the kitchen area. The kitchen is open to the dining room, modern and fully equipped (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).

Dining room:
The adjoining dining room seats up to 8 guests. It is very bright thanks to a large bay window opening onto the garden. A custom-made chandelier composed of umbrellas adds an unexpected artistic touch, with a subtle trompe-l’oeil rain effect.

Living room:
Spacious and bright, the living room offers a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, a suspended wood-burning stove, and beautiful outdoor views through a bay window opening onto the terrace and the sea.

Terrace:
Accessible from the living room, the terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers.

Laundry room:
A hallway leads to the laundry room, equipped with a large sink, washing machine, and dryer.

Guest WC:
The guest toilet holds a surprise with a sand-effect floor and a turtle painted on the ceiling — a playful nod to the marine theme.

🌊 Bedroom 3 – “Sea”
King-size bed (convertible into twins) with a headboard depicting an aerial beach view.

💫 Bedroom 4 – “Cosmos”
The only bedroom located upstairs. It also features a king-size bed (convertible into twins) and sea views from the window overlooking the living room.

Household linen (bed sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc.) is provided.

Pets are not allowed.

All king-size beds can be separated into two single beds. Please specify your preference at the time of booking.
