This beautiful four bedroom, three full bath home, with a private in-ground heated pool, is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, at 113 Gulfview Avenue. Located mid island and just steps to the beach you will love the convenience of this large home that accommodates 10.

Pulling into the driveway you will immediately notice the large front screened in porch on the second story of the home, and the tropical foliage surrounding the house. Coconut Palms, Birds of Paradise and many other species of tropical Florida plants create a beautiful backdrop for your stay here in Paradise.

Walking up the front steps of the house you will enter through the large, wrap-around screened in porch that encompasses more than half of the second story of the home. Almost every room on this level opens to the screened in porch. Stepping through the front door you enter into the spacious, stunning living room. Beautiful wood plank ceilings will mesmerize you. This room is elegantly decorated in earth tones, accented with tropical artwork, and outfitted with stylish yet functional furnishings. A large leather sectional will seat everyone comfortably while watching your favorite show on the flat screen TV or a movie on the DVD player.

To the left of the living area you'll find the high top dining table and remodeled kitchen. The kitchen has everything you might need for preparing a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner. A dishwasher provides easy clean up to get you out of the kitchen and back to the beach! Tucked into a kitchen closet is a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Flanking the living and dining area is the large screened in porch. A beautiful, stylish dining table for 8 and separate seating area for relaxing is sure to make this one of your favorite parts of the house. Relax and take in the daily happenings of beach life in your neighborhood. This is a wonderful spot for curling up with a good book or connecting to the wifi to tell all your friends at home about your incredible beach vacation.

On this level of the house you will also find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This area can sleep a total of six people. The primary suite has a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, while the third bedroom boasts a queen-size bed; both share a full bath in the adjoining hallway. Additionally, all three bedrooms open onto the screened porch area.

Heading down to the ground level, from the front porch, you will find a separate one bedroom, one full bath apartment. Completely remodeled this space is wonderful for those seeking a separate space or a little privacy from the rest. A full kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV, along with a second washer and dryer make this a very functional space. A king size bed in the downstairs primary and full ensuite bathroom with a shower provides sleeping space for an additional four guests.

The peace de resistance to this home is the multi functional outdoor space. Outside the lower level apartment is a great covered seating area with your own bar for whipping up some of our famous Florida cocktails. An outdoor shower can be found down here to rinse off after your time at the beach, as well as a gas grill for all your barbequing pleasures. Around the backside of the house is the beautiful in-ground solar and backup electric heated pool. The pool is surrounded by palms creating a striking privacy fence around the pool area for your sunbathing pleasure.

With accommodations as special as MyBeachVilla are, you may find it hard to pull yourself away from the house. When it's time to venture out you will find the beach only a one minute walk away. Located just four homes from the corner of Estero Blvd. it's a very short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access 18 is directly across the street from Gulfview providing you with direct beach access. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach will be waiting for you to explore. Newton Park is just one block south on Estero Blvd. Beachside at Newton Park you can find restrooms for your use, along with picnic areas, yoga classes, guided beach walks and more. Grocery shopping couldn't be easier with the Publix store only a 2 minute walk from the house. Hop aboard the trolley to Times Square for some of our great beach bars and restaurants or head south down to Lovers Key State park to explore miles of secluded beach and trails. Trolley stops going both north and south bound are right at the corner of Estero Blvd. waiting to transport you to Town and back.
