Welcome to my apartment!

Step into this spacious and beautifully decorated 110 m² apartment, filled with natural light and designed with elegance in mind.

The living room features ultra-comfortable sofas and a large TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Paris.

Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats four, or gather around the kitchen island, which can accommodate six guests. This area opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs – ideal for sipping your morning coffee in the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for your convenience.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed (180x200), while each of the 2 other bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (140x200), the last one is wih a queen size (160X 200). All beds are made up with high-quality hotel-style linens for your comfort.

The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one private bathroom with a shower.

There are also two separate toilets in the apartment.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-F, which is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time from the moment you arrive.

All that’s left to do is settle in and enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The Javel neighbourhood, located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, is a vibrant area along the Seine. Known for its industrial past and green spaces, this district offers a contemporary atmosphere with its modern cafés, trendy shops, and lively markets. Relax at Parc André Citroën, enjoy spectacular views from the Seine’s riverbanks, and explore cultural sites like the Bourdelle Museum. Javel is an ideal destination for those looking to experience a modern and dynamic side of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Charles Michels (line 10), is just a 2-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
