Summary:
Located few steps from the Avenue of the Champs Elysées, you will have the chance to be a few steps away from famous monuments such as the grand palace. Located on the first floor in a Parisian building, the apartment of 1498 square feet is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with 4 beds and a two bathrooms.
Important: No elevator in the building

The Space:

The apartment is comfortable for 10 persons and a maximum of 12 persons.

-Living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people
We use 5***** hotels high comfort mattresses

The apartment is equipped with:
- 1 TV in the living room
-Washing/dryer machine
- High speed Wifi
- hair dryer
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items
-A baby cot/ a high chair on request only

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
IMPORTANT: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment on the masterlock in the mailbox Merveil
-The door to your apartment is on the first floor
- We will send you the code of the box before your arrival
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
The building on the avenue dates back to 1880 and takes up the classic Haussmann codes. Go under the porch to discover a much older building, built around a huge paved central courtyard, decorated with a fountain and a flower bed. As such, the building is subject to heritage protection by the City of Paris.

The neighborhood is very safe with the French Presidential Palace and the American Embassy few steps away from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Around the apartment you will find :
Subway 9 : Saint-Philippe-du-Roule (2 min by walk)
Subway 1,9 : Franklin Roosevelt (4 min by walk)

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
