No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets near the accommodation according to the city's current parking rates. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be reached 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and for respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide a bank imprint via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

The Vieux-Marché district in Rouen is one of the most emblematic and historic places in the city, with its famous square, the church of Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc and the covered market. The district is enlivened by numerous cafés, brasseries and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, from Norman specialities to international dishes. The establishments' terraces offer pleasant views over the square and are ideal for relaxing.

## Transit

From the Place du Vieux Marché in Rouen, you can get around with ease!

1. Bus: Several bus routes pass close to Place du Vieux Marché.
Routes such as F2, F3, 6 and 7 can take you to various destinations in Rouen and the surrounding area.

2. Metro: The ‘Palais de Justice’ metro station is a few minutes' walk from Place du Vieux Marché. You can take line T1 or T2 from this station to head to other parts of the city.

3. Tramway: Although the tramway does not pass directly by the Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stations, such as ‘Palais de Justice’.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the apartment is located on the second floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.

Arrivals are self-service for more flexibility. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures must be made by 11:00 at the latest.

Accommodation is managed by the concierge service l'ArchiDuchesse, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and one bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is offered free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any cleaning during the stay, fresh linen/towels, restocking of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the Archiduchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the instructions for arriving at your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers various services to make your stay more enjoyable: baby equipment hire, luggage services, shuttle, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, events (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting, it is important to respect a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid causing damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Respect the instructions, whether they concern timetables or the use of equipment, and respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is completely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), that animals are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the real replacement value.
