Inlet Cove Cottages are a hidden jewel, complete with a community pool, dock and its own secluded walkway to the beach.

This newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kiawah Island cottage offers 1,300 sq ft of luxury living space with an open floor plan throughout. Recent updates include new entry stairs and deck, smooth vaulted ceilings in the living room, hardwood floors and fresh interior paint.

Enter to the dining room with comfortable seating for 6. The dining room opens to the spacious living area which has been updated with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with additional seating for a casual breakfast. The screened porch overlooking the tropical foliage is a great place for an evening meal or morning cup of coffee. A propane grill is available for guest use! 105 Inlet Cove Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is separated from the other 2 guest rooms offering plenty of privacy. It has a queen bed, private bath, TV and access to the open deck. The additional guest rooms offer a queen bed and 2 twin beds, sharing a jack and jill bathroom.

Any day, the view of the Kiawah River from the community pool's elevated deck is spectacular - a great place for sitting and watching the dolphins play, kayakers enjoying the water or catching up on the latest beach read.

Inlet Cove is a private enclave of Kiawah Island cottages in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on the banks of the Kiawah River and adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course. Pool Access: Guests have access to the Inlet Cove Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Beachwalker Park and Boardwalk 1.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not accept pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
