Welcome to Oppède, a magnificent village in the heart of the Luberon, where nature, heritage and the Provençal art of living come together. Nestled in a housing estate, close to the vineyards, this 125m² villa is the ideal place for a relaxing and exploratory holiday.



It offers all the comforts necessary for a holiday with family or friends. Its location is ideal for visiting Oppède le Vieux, Gordes, Ménerbes, Goult, Bonnieux and Roussillon, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Fontaine de Vaucluse and Avignon are less than an hour's drive away.

This magnificent air-conditioned villa offers you:



A large private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) overlooking the garden, with sun loungers. The pool is treated with a UV disinfection system (no salt or chlorine).

A 756 m² garden with an electric barbecue, dining area and garden furniture

Free parking with 2 reserved spaces in front of the garage (there is a car park with 5 free spaces 30 m away). The garage is not accessible and will remain closed.

Upstairs, two bedrooms are air-conditioned. A third bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning, located just opposite its door, in the corridor. The ground-floor bedroom is not air-conditioned, but remains pleasantly cool.

On arrival, you will find the following items available for the start of your stay (kit not replenished):



Laundry and cleaning products



2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats)

Pool towels are not provided.

A baby high chair is available.

A bakery, a bar and a restaurant are a 5-minute walk away.



The nearest airport is Avignon-Provence, about 30 km away.

Cavaillon train station is 15 minutes away and Avignon train station is 45 minutes away. However, we recommend you use a car to explore the surrounding area.

Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide.



A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).



This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.



Any damage noted on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
