Located in a quiet area of La Trinité sur Mer, this house offers a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, and a laundry room.



The true highlight of this house is its fully equipped kitchen, with large bay windows opening directly onto the terrace. Complemented by a dining area, it is a warm and bright living space. The level also includes 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, making mornings serene and organised.



Upstairs, the sleeping area has 3 well-arranged bedrooms ensuring comfortable sleeping space for all family members. The first bedroom offers 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed, the second is equipped with 2 bunk beds and a baby bed, the third has 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed.



Outside, you will enjoy a fenced garden and a terrace offering an ideal relaxation space. Children can play safely while parents relax. Garden furniture allows you to fully enjoy outdoor spaces.

The port, a true lung of the city, is 15 minutes on foot and is considered by many as the capital of Breton nautical activities.
