In the commune of La Trinité-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 250 m² house with swimming pool and wifi for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travellers. It has a lovely 65 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (3 shower rooms and one bathroom with bath and shower) and a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 65 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- two adjoining bedrooms on the ground floor. Please note that the small bedroom with the 2 single beds is open and does not have a door to the bedroom with the double bed,
- three upstairs bedrooms: 1 with 2 single beds, 2 others with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Three bathrooms ( 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath)
- Three separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from May 20 to September 30.
- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
