Enjoy easy access to the Rail Trail, a dedicated hike/bike path stretching across 25 miles of gorgeous Cape Cod terrain.

Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace. Relax on the large sectional in the sunroom. Gather for a movie night around the 40” smart TV. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table.

This single-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a stately king bed, 40” smart TV, desk, and an en-suite bathroom is a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is outfitted with a full bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Unwind on the back patio, furnished with patio furniture. In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill. The kids in your group will love playing in the grassy yard. An outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing after fun beach days.

Stroll four minutes to Main Street, the Farmer’s Market, and a host of local favorite restaurants, art galleries, and boutique shops. Be sure to visit Mom & Pops Burgers and Kream N’ Kone. Other nearby eateries include Hangar B Eatery, Larry’s PX, Mac’s Chatham Fish & Lobster, Keenan N Kobe, and Del Mar Bistro. Stroll across the street for essentials at Ocean State Job Lot. Venture to Ridgevale Beach or Harding Beach (1.5 miles), or Lighthouse Beach (3.0 miles) for fun-filled days on the gorgeous sand. Other nearby beaches include Forest Beach and Red River Beach. Bike approximately 0.25 miles to hop on the Old Colony Rail Trail, which links to the Cape Cod Rail Trail -- a 25-mile biking path that stretches from Dennis to Wellfleet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
