Enter this fully updated home and find yourself in the family room area with comfortable seating and a fan to keep you comfortable. Another larger great room also has a large comfortable seating nook with a fireplace, fan, and a large flatscreen TV. So there are lots of places to rest and relax.

A well-appointed, fully furnished kitchen makes satisfying your culinary desires a breeze. All you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie. A dining area with seating for eight is adjacent to the kitchen so everyone can easily be together for meals, snacks, games, and conversation.

This home has four bedrooms so it comfortably sleeps seven. A king primary bedroom is on the second floor of the home and includes a lovely ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and standing shower. Both guest bedrooms are located on the first floor, with a queen bed and two twin beds, share a full bathroom, shower tub combination. And of course, all beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere quality linens for your ultimate comfort.

There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience and off-street parking is available for four cars tandem in the driveway. This home also has air conditioning.

There is no elevator at this property for 2nd level access, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.

There is no smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS!

This home is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Amenities include a washer, dryer, WiFi, and two TVs; four driveway parking spaces, and additional street parking if needed.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. Deposit forfeitures and or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
