We await you at Allée des Charmes, a recently renovated house entirely on the ground floor, located 4.5 km from the town center, in a quiet, rural setting overlooking a private pond, on unfenced land. This cottage offers: - a living room with a TV area and Wi-Fi, - a separate kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, electric oven, and microwave. Dining table. - a pleasant veranda with garden furniture and a lovely view. - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 small bedroom-office with a single bed - bathroom with a bathtub and shower with a shower tray - separate toilet - bicycle garage with barbecue. A covered, open shelter for 1 vehicle is available. Dog kennel is available. For your comfort, sheets and linens are included. Gas heating, flat rate applies from October 1st to the end of April. You will arrive via a magnificent hornbeam driveway and enjoy an unfenced, flower-filled lawn. The owners live next to the cottage, not overlooked. You'll be captivated by the veranda and will be able to dream while gazing at the private pond in front of you. Here, you'll find peace and quiet surrounded by nature.
