It is here in Péberot at the gates of Mont de Marsan, prefecture of Landes that you will put down your suitcases, in Grenade sur Adour, a bastide village. Around the central square with its corners and arcades, there are old houses from the 14th and 15th centuries. From the bridge over the Adour, there is a very picturesque view of the old houses with wooden balconies which border the river. The surrounding countryside promises you calm and rest. During your stay, you will appreciate the pretty flowered park and the owners' vegetable garden. Without forgetting the comfort of this accommodation at a reasonable price. Ideal for couples, far from daily stress... come and recharge your batteries! From the windows of this gîte, you will have a view of the owners' pretty vegetable garden and flowery park. Adjoining the owners on the ground floor, the Balloche cottage offers a living room, living room kitchen area equipped with a microwave, electric oven, 3 gas burners + 1 electric, combined fridge freezer part, relaxation area with BZ and armchair, TV corner, wifi connection. Shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed on request). The pantry houses the washing machine and dryer. Electric heating, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, shared courtyard.
