Everything was wonderful! My mom would’ve like bars to hang on to with getting in and out of shower. Everyone was very friendly on site. Would definitely book again.

Our family enjoyed staying in this condo! Room was clean and the view was beautiful! Only issue we had was the keypad and the buttons getting stuck. Will be back ♥️

The management company was excellent and the condo was very clean. Overall it was just an okay condo. Water pressure was very low and breakers in front bedrooms kept tripping. The mattresses need to be replaced on all of the beds, as they were extremely uncomfortable.

Very clean & low density

Loved the location, elevators were quick & easy to get to beach! The grounds keepers did a wonderful job each day cleaning the pool & building & they were very friendly! The unit was very clean & had a great view of the pool & beach. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The only negative things i can say is the room with 2 “queen beds” are actually doubles so its very hard to sleep 2 adults especially with our tall family in double beds. The beds are not comfortable & need replaced as well as the sectional in living room is super small & needs replaced. I’d suggest something as simple as adding more hooks to hang & air dry towels & swim suits around the unit (each bathroom only had a double hook on the door) & remove unused decor that’s stored in closets & cabinets. We saw dolphins several times from our unit. The pier is a short walk from unit & is a great place to see many fish being caught, watch dolphins & we even saw a group of sting rays. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & will definitely book with Legacy Vacations again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very outdated!!! Gross carpet in the bedrooms. It had a smell as soon as you walked in the front door. The master shower rod was so rusted. You couldn’t pull the shower curtain without it falling off. The living room couch was very old and had a smell to it also. And with all the sand there was not a single broom in the property. They did provide a vacuum, but when you know the people staying below you, you really don’t want to run that at seven in the morning. Plus it does not pick up the sand! Also master bed very uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend this unit or rent again.

Hello Melissa! Thank you for the candid feedback. As you can imagine, we rely heavily on guest feedback in order to improve our overall service level. Based on your feedback we have had all of the carpet and upholstery in the unit cleaned and delivered a new broom and dust pan to the unit. We have passed along the feedback about the age of the couch to the unit owner as well. I am sorry you had these issues. We have an office in the lobby of Summer Place. I wish you would have let us know of your concerns as we would have worked to correct them immediately, as we did after learning of the issues. Again, I am very sorry that you encountered these please be assured they have been addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed being right on the beach. Loved view from balcony. A little misrepresentation in condo description as to furniture. Queen beds were more like fulls, very uncomfortable for 2 people(50” compared to our 60” at home). Couch is very soft from a lot of use and down pillows kept losing a lot of feathers(lots of pokes). Plenty of dishes. Good air conditioning on those 100’ days. Very low water pressure in hall bath shower and tub was very slick. We bought a bath mat for safety. Overall it was a great vacation with bowling, blacklight mini golf and an escape room. Hurricane Beryl altered some of our beach days, but the pools were a nice back-up. They could use some type of pool monitoring. There was a lot of over-drinking at the pool and smoking from balconies that took some of the enjoyment away. Overall, the good outweighed the bad. Just want the next guest to be aware.
