It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a 1,700 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

Access to the house is via the 2nd floor, on the same level as the street.

The accommodation is as follows
On the 2nd floor
- An independent 25 m² studio with a private entrance from outside and additional access from inside the house. Equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200), kitchenette, shower room and separate WC.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath.
- A work area with desk

1st floor (accessed by stairs):
- A 45 m² living room including a sitting area with sofas, TV, hi-fi and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite with king-size bed (180×200), shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- A separate WC

Garden level:
- A lounge with a double sofa bed (140×200)
- Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1700 m² garden
- Two south-facing terraces totalling 150 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Jouy-en-Josas, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Various parks and forests: Forêt de Fausses-Reposes, Forêt de Verrières, Domaine de la Vallée-aux-Loups

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the free car park near the house (it is possible to park the car temporarily in front of the accommodation for unloading, but there is no on-site parking).

- Nearest train station: Jouy-en-Josas (RER C) 10 minutes‘ walk, Massy (TGV) 20 minutes’ drive.
- Nearest airport: Orly 20 km away
