"Please note the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Private parking is available for your convenience. We are pleased to welcome pets, but charges may apply. Please note that animals heavier than 8 kg are not allowed, and dangerous breeds of dogs are prohibited. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"



Baby equipment is available as an option: a travel cot and high chair are offered as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this purpose, without a mattress topper. Baby bedding is not provided.



Early arrival or late departure: subject to availability, with a supplement of €40. Arrival after 11:00 PM: a supplement of €40 applies only if in-person check-in is required.
