Want to spend a sunny vacation near the beach, in a quiet and comfortable villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, large terraces equipped with hammocks, lounges, a dining area for 20 people, and a gas barbecue; as well as a pétanque court?
Ideal location for families in a quiet environment and very close to a large, quiet, and uncrowded family beach.
Numerous bike paths nearby, as well as activities for children within a 10 km radius (French Touch Academy tennis academy, treetop adventure park, Aqualand, etc.)
Groups of young people under 30 are not permitted (unfortunately, due to excessive damage and nuisance). Groups of friends with children and families are welcome.
As the neighborhood is protected from the summer hustle and bustle, and for the well-being of the neighborhood, we do not allow parties or noisy gatherings. This will result in immediate eviction and non-refund of the deposit or the remainder of the stay.

The Accommodation

We will be delighted to welcome you to our villa, which can accommodate 22 people. It is fully air-conditioned and private, located a 10-minute walk from St. Vincent beach. It features 8 bedrooms with sleek, modern decor, 6 bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 separate toilets, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The bedding is 100% latex with a density of 84 kg/m²; the king-size beds are 160 x 200 cm and the single beds are 90 x 200 cm. Possibility of having 2 additional extra beds upon prior reservation and with a supplement of 150/week

Profitez d’un grand salon séjour dans chaque villa avec canapé en U et TV de 177cm connectée, table à manger pour 10 personnes transformable en table de billard. Le salon donne sur le jardin et la piscine ou le jacuzzi en accès direct par des grandes baies vitrée. Internet en wifi au sein de la villa.

La cuisine de chaque villa est toute équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, four micro-ondes, plaques induction, grand frigo avec partie congélateur, bouilloire, machines à café en grain, friteuse, grille-pain , les glaçons fournis pendant votre séjour etc ). Une buanderie attenante avec machine à laver et sèche linge , étendoir , planche et fer à repasse .
Les Extérieurs
Vous profiterez d’une piscine de 7/3 et une autre de 6/3,5 m sécurisée par couverture coulissante qui permet également un gain de température de 6 à 8 dégrées donc nous vous conseillons de la fermer au moins tous les soirs. Transats et fauteuils pour vous détendre au soleil ou à l'ombre sur les grands espaces de la maisons. Vous disposez aussi d'’un grand store électrique avec des LED intégrées .

For your parking, two parking spaces/villa are available inside the property (access via an automatic gate); do not exceed the spaces marked by curbs. There is a security camera installed at the entrance to the house that monitors this area.
The interior of the house is entirely non-smoking. Smoking outside is permitted, but no cigarette butts or traces of cigarettes must remain upon your departure.
Other notes:
Bed linens (beds made upon arrival) and household linens (tea towels, bath towels) are provided.
Cleaning is included in the rental at no additional cost, provided the premises are left in a good condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee (or even a deposit for relocating guests who arrive after you) may be requested in case of exceptional dirtiness of the house, pool, sheets, unemptied trash, etc. This is a family home... make yourself at home... no less.
Our pets are welcome for a supplement of €100/week, but you must ensure that no trace of their presence remains visible inside or outside.

A deposit of €3,000 (check or bank transfer) and a holiday certificate must be provided outside of the reservation and returned after an inventory and cleaning inspection. Rental agreement to be signed before arrival.
