Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a 54 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Amélie-les-Bains is a pleasant little spa town, between the sea and the mountains, with its Catalan culture, carnival and folk festival.

- Sports activities at the natural leisure centre: supervised swimming (in summer), space for running, walking, a fitness trail, a fishing lake... But also, from the first days of spring, a wide range of fun and sporting activities. (paddle, canoe, pedalo, inflatable water game, ski lift).
- Coach excursions available: Carcassonne, Sète, Le Perthus, Gran Jonquera, Barcelona...
- Relaxation on the beaches of Argeles-sur-Mer, Saint-Cyprien or Collioure and water sports activities: diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. Free public parking is also available just outside the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- The shuttle bus stop is just outside the residence.
- Nearest train station: Perpignan station, 37km away (about 40 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, 42km away (about 45 minutes by car).

Other remarks :
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
