Summary:

Horseshoe Haven is a spacious mountain home on acres of quiet land in Eden, Utah, with seven bedrooms and four and a half baths sleeping up to 16. A game room, a movie theater, and two living rooms mean everyone can find their own corner, or gather in one. Just down the road from Nordic Valley and only seven minutes from the Pineview Reservoir ramp. Built for reunions, ski weeks, and the kind of trip people talk about afterward.



The Space:

Eight bedrooms and four full bathrooms plus a half bath spread across the home, so a big group never feels stacked on top of each other. Six bedrooms have king sized beds. A seventh with two twin bunk beds, and an eighth is set up for kids with two twin beds and a twin bunk. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds a little more room when you need it. The mattresses are same ones you'll find at the highest end Disneyland hotels. There's a game room and a movie theater for the evenings, and two separate living rooms — one for the people who want the fire going, one for the people who want quiet. The kitchen is set up for cooking for a crowd, with a full dining room beside it and a laundry room so you're not hauling everything home dirty. There's a piano, an indoor fireplace, air conditioning and heating, a TV, wireless internet and a laptop-friendly workspace. A crib is available. Outside: acres of open land, a BBQ grill, and garage parking. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are on site.



The Neighborhood:

Eden sits in the Ogden Valley, a quiet mountain setting with open land around the house rather than neighbors close by. Nordic Valley is just down the road, and the Pineview Reservoir boat ramp is about seven minutes away — an easy morning for paddleboarding, boating, or fishing. Powder Mountain and Snowbasin are both a short drive for winter, and Ogden is close enough for groceries and a night out.
